Guys be aware of this nail salon!!! They are nothing but scammers! I was gifted a gift certificate from them and when I went to go use it the so called owner didn't want to accept it. They will sell you gift cards but will not honor them. If I can give them Zero stars I would! Horrible service and very rude! Only one lady that works there was very nice but the owner is nothing but a rude money sucking scam artist! There are so many other better nail salon then this shit hole! If you're paying with cash you're good otherwise she will scam you anyway she gets! BE AWARE!!!! read more

Stay as far away as possible from this shop. They tried to triple charge my card without me knowing. TRIPLE. Then I tried to show them and she trying to look as up inside my bank balance to "help" refund my money. They only refunded one of the charges. To make matters even better this is the sloppiest full set I've ever had in my life I have nail polish and sticky stuff all over my hands. And after I pointed that out they just said okay pay. I used to come here ages ago but they've definitely been up to some fraudulent practices in my absence. I've since called my bank to report them and I will lever come back. Please beware of these nail shops that act like they don't know that there's no paper in the card machine for receipts. read more

This place has gone through 3 different owners (as far as I've been coming here) so keep that in mind when letting these reviews guide your decision making. The times I come here, the wait time is minimal to none. Julie is my favorite nail tech and I always put in a request for her. She's professional, hospitable, and does a great job. Her foot and neck massages are the BEST I've received so far and I will continue to keep coming here. She uses the right amount of pressure every time. The place is clean, quiet, and relaxing. They also offer wine for the clients but you do need to ask for some. read more

I've been coming here for almost 10 years now. Everyone is always friendly and I always walk out with beautiful shellac and pedicure. I even bring my daughter here now too! I went as soon as they opened on a Sunday morning with my mother and sister. There weren't enough staff to accommodate us, although we were the only ones there. They only had one lady at first, then a second employee came. Because of this, every time someone came in, one of them would have to stop working on us. Someone came in with an appointment thirty minutes in, and I felt bad thinking that they would have to wait although they made an appointment, but also thought it would be unprofessional for them to leave one of us undone. Luckily a third woman came in to assist the woman with the appointment. Overall, my largest complaint would be the lack of sufficient employees and the amount of time taken to service us. Secondly, neither women spoke with me or my family. Every once and a while they would talk to each other in their language, but rarely would they say anything to us, unless it was instructing us to do something. This could be a good or a bad thing I guess, it just seemed like lackluster customer service to me. The woman working on my feet was smacking on gum (not just chewing) the entire time, which is a pet peeve of mine, it might not bother anyone else. The quality of the pedicure was okay, I've definitely had better. Overall, the prices are a bit cheaper than other nail salons, but I would prefer to spend $5-10 more to get much better service elsewhere. read more

I go to this place regularly. The staff is very friendly and does a great job every time. They play movies and offer beverages while you are getting your services. They can get busy as the previous reviewer mentioned. But what quality salon doesn't? If your in a hurry, the morning times are best. I defiantly reccommend this place to everyone I know. This place is AWFUL! I went to go get french tips and the lady places the nail on really high and it made the nails really long and ugly. The lady that was doing my nails breath smelled bad so every time she would say anything I just wanted to gag. when I went to get the pedicure done the faucet was still running and I accidentally put my foot and ankle underneath it and it burned me bad. I mean there were scabs on my ankle and they hurt a lot. When I went to pay the lady said it was it was $28 rather than $25. It said $25 for french tips and I even showed her wear it said that price and she just said "I do powder". I didn't ask for "powder" so I should only get charged for what i asked for not extra stuff that I did not want. I will never go to this place again there is a lot better places that actually know how to do nails well and won't charge me extra money for things I don't want! read more

After two years of waiting for these babies to grow up, I finally decided to get the short almond shaped nails. The owner did mine and was very meticulous....happy with the results! I've had my nails done regularly here since we moved to Sugar Land, and I love the service every time. They even give you a shoulder massage during your pedicure if you look like a stressed out mom! LOL. I always call before I come, so the wait is never over 10 minutes since they quote a realistic time. Of course if you come during prime hours on weekends, you'll wait longer. Severely understaffed. Regular quality nail job. They have a movie playing which is nice, but I managed to watch the entire movie while I was there because they took so long. The only reason I went there was because my mom gave me a coupon to check it out. I asked when I first when in if I could use the 20% off on the pedicure, and the lady said yes. Then when I went to pay, she said I couldn't use it because they already took 20% off (which is just their regular price), and the coupon couldn't be used on top of another "offer". This is the best nail place I have found in the area. They do get busy sometimes but the quality is worth the wait. I used a coupon there and had no issues. I want more people to know about them because they do quality work and my solar nails last 3 weeks every time between refills.
