The were two flavors when we were here: lemon custard and white chocolate. The lemon is the obvious winner though the taste of lavender was super subtle as opposed to the white chocolate. The white chocolate ends up being rather muted as a flavor which allows the lavender to come through.

My sister and I particularly liked the lavender & mint combo and bought a couple bottles of the body soap. They also had cute gifts with lace, such as toilet paper holders with lace frill (something every girlie girl should have in her powder room)! There was also several cute tea sets and such to choose from. This is a great place to find little presents for girlfriends, moms and mother-in-laws! The only flaw was that everything had to be rung up by hand and written down in a book, which took exponentially longer than we expected-especially when she accidentally added an extra zero to our final amount making it over $1000 (which she then retyped in everything again).

The shop was larger than I expected, looked new and I was pleasantly surprised by all the cute cards, fun lil gifts and local bric a brac. It was a pretty busy place but the staff didn't miss a beat.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Jungle Jane Indoors and Outdoor gift shop, and I will…read morenever return. Several garden art pieces were not priced, so I politely asked the owner, Kathy, for help. She ignored me completely while continuing a casual phone conversation with a friend. I stood there waiting for about seven minutes before asking again. This time, she put the caller on hold and walked over with me, only to point out a tiny price tag almost deliberately hidden behind the piece. Instead of simply showing it to me respectfully, she said, "Do you read English?" Then she asked, "Where are you from?" Before I could even answer, she said "Mexico" and walked away. For the record, I am Native American from the Klallam Tribe. This store operates on Native land, and the owner had the audacity to treat me like a foreigner in my own homeland. The interaction was rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful. Antiques and garden art are not worth being humiliated or stereotyped. Customer service matters, and basic human decency matters even more. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

But for most a bowl is nice and hearty to fill you up. A cup will want you craving for more. The Marion berry pie is absolutely delicious. A bit on the pricy side but that's just the economy inflating everything. I would say it's worth it. The Berrys are nice and tart and the crust and crumb are buttery goodness. I always eat this pie while I'm driving and regret not getting two slices. I got the Bedford ginger beer and it was pretty tasty. Overall, if I'm ever in the area and even if I'm 1.5 hours away I come here. Get yourself some pie and chili.

Large grounds to have their lavender ice cream on benches in the shade and to later walk around the lavender fields. Gift shop has a lot of clothes, jewelry and of course lavender products. Cow pasture behind. Overall grounds are worth a look. Yet another gem is the lady on the porch that ribbons up lavender wands and whimsical lavender products. Pretty and original gifts, too. She was born on Kauai and has lived in the area for sometime. I had a lot of laughs with this sweet lady. Their ice cream and lavender-lemonade is another treat. I suggest getting the massive single soup of the vanilla-lavender AND blackberry-lavender combo. It was $7 ball of happiness in a cup. Worth a quick or long stop.
