This was such a fun place to go with my wife. The atmosphere is very relaxing and fun and the food was amazing. I had the hardest time, deciding between all the food behind the glass display and off their regular menu. I would come back several more times to try other dishes. My wife and I agreed that the green goddess dressing on their salmon salad was one of the best dressings and salads. We have had a very long time. We'll definitely be back.

Cabin vibe with a cute outdoor seating area. The place is really nice, can be an intimate space or just chill. Vibe: 5/5 Food/Drink: -Flatiron steak with chimichuri 5/5! -Salmon with 2side 4/5. Salmon was smaller than I expected. -Hazelnut Cream top matcha 5/5! Definitely recommend if you're a matcha lover. -Ricotta Cheesecake 4/5. Fluffy and rich. -Blackberry Tonic 3/5. just trying it but not a fan. Service: 5/5. Parking: 2/5. Small parking space and hard to find street parking. Vibe and food were great. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely lovely farm to table eatery!!! I was excited to try this place and it definitely didn't disappoint!!! Sister and I had the seasonal steak and eggs which come with kimchi fried rice. The rice was so good not too spicy and the steak was tender and perfectly medium rare. We loved the dish!!! My BIL had the quiche and said it was really good and fresh. He also really liked the avocado toast although spicy because of the Calabrian chili. We were glad to end the meal with the lemon ricotta pancakes which had fresh berries on top. The powdered sugar and maple syrup really balanced the fluffy texture of the delicious pancakes. Can't wait to try their pizza that looked delicious. The only issue is parking but it's worth parking far for or taking a ride share. Highly recommend Forage when in LA!!!

Not bad! We got the main + 2 sides and turkey sandwich which was a good amount of food for 3 people. The sandwich had a good amount of turkey and avocados, but foccacia for the sandwich was just okay. The olive tapenade on the salmon was really salty so I ended up pushing it to the side. The carrots and beets were my favorite part of the meal because they both had a middle eastern touch with the tahini on the carrots and the beets marinated with cumin! It's a convenient order and sit vibe so probably good for bigger groups or a quick bite, but it's nothing crazy and there's very limited parking

Cute place! Lots of options on the menu. All of them unique and healthy- so many things I wanted to try. The inside is quaint and cozy and the patio is spacious and private. You go up to the counter to order your food, they have some of it on display so you get a visual which was nice, and they'll bring it to you when it's ready. The workers were kind and helpful. Overall nice and yummy experience! Some gluten free options, not celiac safe, but enough to give me some variety

Quiche crust is dense like water crust pastry rather than a flaky pie crust. Not my favorite. The quiche fillings are both very soft and custard-y. I liked the Lorraine the best of the two (the other was broccoli cheddar). The salad it is served with when you order it as a plate is nice. Lots of onion and cherry tomatoes, if you're into that. We also had the kale handpie and the breakfast sausage patties. My companion's comment was that the handpie tasted very "healthy" and somewhat bitter, but he is a bitter taste, so take that as you will. If you enjoy cooked kale, as a rule, you'll prob enjoy this! He liked the breakfast sausage - not too heavy on the sage and a very light meat flavor. We also ordered hot miso lattes and enjoyed them. They are only very lightly sweet, which was perfect for me. Not a very strong coffee flavor, but very nicely made, with silky foam and lovely latte art in a cup that was nice to hold. The indoor and outdoor spaces are both quite nice with solid wood tables. I bet that patio is lovely in the summer with the vines in their full glory. The pastry case had several pretty items in it, and the fresh beet and carrot salads of the day both looked delicious. Pricing was actually reasonable for this part of town and the kind of food they're serving in 2025. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. This place has a nice chill vibe. Parking is difficult in this part of town. There are 3 spaces and a handicap space in the tiny lot that they share with the women's clothing shop downstairs, so plan accordingly.

Nice ambiance. Wide variety of unique menu items. Tasty, fresh, rich turkey sandwich and yellow coconut curry. Fresco fruit drink - delicious. Focaccia was infused with olive oil.

When I searched for salads, Forage came up. So my friend and I thought we'd try it. There is a tiny parking lot. If my friend hadn't had a handicapped placard, I don't know where we would have parked. The restaurant is upstairs. It's so cute inside. You order at the register and they bring it to you. The food displayed was beautiful! I got the white chicken plate with 2 sides-Mac & cheese and arugula/kale salad. My friend had the chicken/kale pizza. And we split the Meyer lemon tart. It was all good. We ate outside and couldn't keep the flies away. I like that there was a water station so I could keep getting refills without asking.

This is a great restaurant for healthy eaters, a lot of great ingredients however the sides aster served at a colder temperature compared to the protein. The ambiance was cozy and had plenty of seating outside and inside - great for groups! There is table service but you begin with ordering at the front desk. They have a great selection of cafe drinks and alcohol

Really beautiful food and delicious to back it up. I loved how cozy the inside is, it felt like being in someone's home in laurel canyon. I wanted to get everything but got a bowl (subbed avo instead of an egg) and a strawberry matcha with oat milk which were both tasty and aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be back!

Chill eats and crafts session at Forage with a friend. I had the soup of the day, the potato and sunchoke soup. First time trying sunchoke and was thoroughly impressed! The focaccia bread that came with the soup was so chewy and good too. The food here is hearty and affordably priced. Homey yet modern vibes and quick service. I will be back :)

It was a very fun and cozy expeirence. If you want an intimate setting with somewhat health conscious food I would eat here . Very much a serve yourself dining. You line up, order your meal, grab a number and sit down. Water is self serve as well as you grab a pitcher or fill your own cup if you're sitting. Overall I can see myself coming here again. 4/5 because I went on a Sunday evening and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere but I imagine if it gets busy it will be quite crowded fast considering the right space of the restaurant Food: Salmon Plate + 2 sides ( couscous & roasted carrots). It was quite delicious and very healthy. I wouldn't say the flavor was eye opening but it was a very pleasant meal where I can imagine myself eating here again and again without tiring of the flavors. I loved the olives on my salmon and the lentil carrots. Couscous was nice and buttery tasting with plenty of zucchini and cherry tomato bites Steak + 2 sides ( mac and cheese & kale arugula salad) Macaroni didn't include your normal elbow macaroni these were made with rigatoni and had fun breadcrumbs on top. it reminded me of the mac & cheese from erewhon. Kale arugula salad was very light and refreshing Parking: Very limited parking in the lot so metered street parking is your best bet.

This is a cute hidden spot that's definitely worth a try! Parking can be a little rough especially with the construction but I did find some street parking. They have seating inside and outside, it was beautiful out so my friend and I opted to sit outside. You order inside and pick where to sit, the staff were welcoming and friendly. We both ordered the lil egg sandwich, she got it with bacon. I also ordered a side of breakfast potatoes. We both ordered the miso maple latte iced. We both were not fans of the lattes. The sandwiches were good and the breakfast potatoes were really good. I also ended up ordering a mimosa. Over all I thought everything was pretty good, maybe next time I'll order a regular latte. It's a bit pricey but a nice spot to go to, especially if you want a quiet and beautiful space to hangout in.

They only have a hose A/C in the corner that didn't do much to cool the place down. The food though was amazing! As 2 vegetarians and 1 vegan, we had never seen such an extensive plant based option with not only vegan cheeses but meat substitutes with protein! No wonder they have been ranked #1 for multiple years. The starter bread came in a brown bag and was soft and delicious, especially with the house pesto. You could really taste the basil but it didnt feel too oily. We got the calamari because none of us have ever seen a vegan one on a menu! It was breaded and fried and had a squishy center made of pea protein that I guess simulates the real one? It came with a marinara dipping sauce. I could obly have a few because they were fried and I felt like they were a bit too salty Next the pastas came out - the Pistachio pesto and the fusili with sausage. Both were delicious. The pesto sauce was the same one we had with the bread but the pasta had Pistachio chunks in it as well and generous amounts of pesto. The sausage was chewy and the sauce must've had either the same seasoning or chunks of it blended in because you could taste the same flavor in that as well! We had hopes of trying dessert but these 3 dishes were a perfect size for our party and we had been starving ourselves for most of the day for this (probably due to all the protein included in a usually carb only meal). The service was prompt, dishes came out quickly, and water was always filled. I am looking forward to returning to try all the other dishes!

Service was great, and the wine pairings complemented the meal really well. We started with the calamari and tuna crudo. Both were good, although the crudo could have used a little more brightness and acidity--some extra citrus or lemon would have really elevated it. For pasta, the gnocchi was great, but the Pappardelle Brasato was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of the meal. And then there was the tiramisu--absolutely outstanding. Honestly, one of the best tiramisus I've ever had. I would come back for that alone. Overall, the food was very good, with a couple of standout dishes rather than everything completely blowing us away. Beautiful ambience, attentive service, great wine, and a wonderfully quiet dining room. I'd definitely consider coming back--and the tiramisu is a must.

For me, none of this matters if 1: the coffee is underwhelming and 2: the space is uncomfortable! On first glance, the shop is gorgeous and well styled, but upon use, it's awkward, cramped, and uncomfortable to work or relax in. Outdoor seating is sparse and uninviting, and the indoor space (also acting as the wine bar at night?) is dim and bleak even during the early hours of the day. Oddly arranged couches with small tables (covered in crumbs during my latest visit) create an odd distribution of comfort and utility, with the more comfortable back couches, capable of seating 5-8 people, often only hosting 3 at most due to the small tables, leaving standing in the tight lobby or sitting on wooden stools over bar shelves that can't fit HALF a laptop on. I feel like it is my duty to communicate transparently about my experience here because I think this place has huge potential, and I want nothing more than to see another East Side coffee stop thrive!
