Amazing! I ordered the peach jam, made fresh from his garden. Delicious! Excited to try more.

Great stop! Came in an hour before closing and the parking was fine on site - not too busy either!…read moreGreat selection of products and generally good prices. I love these types of stores so it would've been easy for me to spend lots of money there but I held back! Worth it if you're looking for any sort of unique baking supply.

There are a number of reasons why the Culver City location was so much better, but perhaps the main drawback at this LA location is the fact that the former had a real sense of ambiance, and uniqueness, particularly when it came to its cozy little cafe section. Now the "cafe" is pretty much just a space within a space. Another real draw to the Culver City location was the fact that they actually had a separate section where "Guest Chefs" could come in and teach entire classes via cooking classes that sometimes you have to sign up for in advance, and other times you could just kind of walk in on it. That was dope! And while the staff was friendly enough, and again ( don't get me wrong it's still a place that I will be back to to purchase much needed product), it's just an unfortunate reality that sometimes no....you can't duplicate the past.

This nicely sized store has everything you might want in the way of meat and fish. They have great fish. We have had their Elk, Bison and Venison all made up as burgers with these great rolls we got right there. It is all great. We are now regular customers. The service is excellent. They know about everything they carry and go out of their way to explain things. The place is just so bright and pretty. It is so very clean and it is easy to find what you want. They have some of the best steaks we have ever had, the marbling being perfect. We also love their lobster. And all of this is at a fair price. Go there.

All items are frozen because some of what they offer really needs to be, deer, for example. They have meats you will not find anywhere else, and the prices are super fair. We first went there because out St. Bernard must eat a lot of food and is ever so picky. We have always made her food fresh every day, but one day she decided, this steak is not for me, burger, shove it. She even refused chicken. I went on line and talked to friends who said get her deer, and kangaroo. Okay, so I searched and found Wild Fork. I ordered on line because I had no idea they were down the street from me. We cooked it up and she is eating again. We then went there and had the best service you can imagine. Fila knew everything from fat content to calories. We bought Elk, Kangaroo, chicken with all the parts in it, Bison and Venison. Heidi, the dog is in heaven. It all looked so great, we decided to try it. Bison burgers are great. Venison burgers are great. I did not love the Kangaroo, but my husband did and the Elk is just so tasty. And all of it is healthy and you can freeze it for months or just defrost and cook. We can't wait to try their seafood and steaks, but right now it appears we are on the dog's diet. We could not be happier with this place and now go every week. Thank you so much Fila for being so kind and patient. I think my husband has a wee crush. That's fine, Heidi will trade him for meat any day of the week. This is a must stop.

Herb turkey, saffron mayo, cucumber, pistachios, barberries, pomegranate molasses, crispy shallots, and arugula on focaccia... sounds unconventional on paper but WOW , perfection. so incredibly well balanced. I was hoping to try the Dilly Dally, but they had already switched to the Brutus chicken salad sandwich, which was still very tasty. That said, the WLF was the clear winner. They have counter seating inside and ample outdoor seating, but also seems more of a stop and go place. Def worth a stop!

The service was excellent, and the cashier at the counter was very helpful as a first time visitor deciding what I should order. I don't quite remember what I purchased, but it was some sort of roast beef sandwich with arugula, crispy shallots, and romesco on focaccia. The bread is the star of the show here, it was incredibly fresh and fluffy with some flaky salt on top. The other components were also top notch, everything was really well balanced and felt super high quality. They seemed to sell out pretty quickly as we were sitting out front for awhile enjoying our meal, so going early is the best move!
