I came in to Ford Chiropractic about 10 weeks ago with severe arthritis in my knees. Just the years of military deployments took a toll on everything but mostly my knees. It was so bad I could barely walk. I was walking like an ape, bent knees and side to side. I'm doing this review as I'm not sure what I got into. I chanced upon softwave theraphy on Facebook. They offer $49 consultation and first session treatment. So I signed up and chose 2pm for my appointment. They also confirmed the appointment through text and called me the day before and even texted me again on the day itself. I even cancelled my other doctor appointment to prioritize this. So I got there on time or maybe 2mins late. There's a reception area where the guy just basically tells you to sit and wait at the lounge. Nothing else. So I did. But nobody came. 15 mins went by. Nothing. Not even just someone to welcome you and tell you how long the wait is. Nothing. 30mins went. Still nothing. I patiently wait. But 45mins went. Still nothing. All I see are stuff eating and passing me by. So finally at 2:50pm. I left. Nobody even tried to call me out. In short. Don't believe this one. I dont know if it would have worked with me or not.
