Fantastic Chiropractor! Let's start off with that. I had severe back/sciatica pain, which actually led me to passing out at an urgent care which ultimately led me to be hospitalized for six days. I was given very powerful pain meds (morphine, norco) which offered minimal help at the time, and steriods, which also offered minimal help. I was on Dexamethasone, and Gabapentin, Methocarbamol and Lidocaine patches. The MRI and CAT scan revealed that I had lumbar disc protusions L4-L5 and L5-S1. I attemped PT/OT at the hospital but was too much in pain, I was given a brace, and a walker, and could barely walk, let alone stand for few minutes before the pain would activate and cause severe level 8/10 pain. I knew I needed real help after leaving the hospital, so I searched and searched and found pro performance local, and with tons of positive reviews! During intake, he asked, if I had surgery and if I had hardware. This was not a question I was asked anywhere else. He also takes the time to make sure it's not a new condition. I have been to other spots, and it felt like fast food. Get them in, get them out. That is not what it is like here. Dr. Winthrop takes his time and makes sure he knows what is going on with you, whether it's been a week or a year, he takes the time to understand the pain you're having. This is my second review for Pro Performance Movement because they're seriously the BEST sports therapy/chiropractor I've been to. I've had a pretty strange case of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome since 2018 that's been treated on and off by different providers. Dr. Dean and Dr. Winthrop have helped me manage my symptoms the best out of any sports therapist/chiropractor that I've seen! They collaborated to find the best treatment plan for me and it's been working. They really care about their patients and listen to what you say. Came here to get fixed up. The office is clean and pretty large. They have chiropractic care, physical therapy, and many others. I came for a quick adjustment and the staff was super nice and took the time to explain everything in detail. Everyone was super nice and extremely professional. They accept a variety of different insurances but they charge additional fees on top of the copays due to their premium modalities. To me, the only downside is that they do not offer adjustment only plans.
