I've been coming to Pro Performance Movement for about a year now, and it keeps being the right call. I first came in with lower back tightness that was making desk work miserable. A few sessions in, the pain had eased up a lot, and they gave me stretches to keep up at home that actually made a difference. I've been back a few times since for tune-ups and new issues, and the quality is consistent every visit. They take the time to figure out what's actually going on instead of just treating the sore spot. My mobility is noticeably better than when I started. Highly recommend -- whether you're dealing with pain or just want to move better. Fantastic Chiropractor! Let's start off with that. I had severe back/sciatica pain, which actually led me to passing out at an urgent care which ultimately led me to be hospitalized for six days. I was given very powerful pain meds (morphine, norco) which offered minimal help at the time, and steriods, which also offered minimal help. I was on Dexamethasone, and Gabapentin, Methocarbamol and Lidocaine patches. The MRI and CAT scan revealed that I had lumbar disc protusions L4-L5 and L5-S1. I attemped PT/OT at the hospital but was too much in pain, I was given a brace, and a walker, and could barely walk, let alone stand for few minutes before the pain would activate and cause severe level 8/10 pain. I knew I needed real help after leaving the hospital, so I searched and searched and found pro performance local, and with tons of positive reviews! I was able to get seen within a day with pro performance movement, and started with a treatment plan. The first day consisted of a massage, with CBD cream which provided so much relief at the time, and now that time has went by, I've been receiving chiro, shockwave, laser and spinal decompression therapy. I can now ambulate, walk and drive myself. I have been seen by Dr. Andrew, Dr. Dean and Jonathan, all of which are fantastic. Scheduling is easy, can be done in person or through the web. I've started going to PPM in November 205 for chronic back, sciatica and hip issues after about 6 chiro sessions with both Dr Dean and Dr Andrew and their decompression table I was feeling and moving much better. I have been going here for years. My old chiropractor ended up retiring around 2020 and I was so sad, because it's so hard to find a good one. He recommended Pro Performance Movement. So I made an appointment, and was impressed. Then my dad, who has a chronic condition at 74 years old, also made an appointment and we both have been coming here ever since. I had back surgery in 2013 so it's VERY IMPORTANT that I go to the right place. During intake, he asked, if I had surgery and if I had hardware. This was not a question I was asked anywhere else. He also takes the time to make sure it's not a new condition. I have been to other spots, and it felt like fast food. Get them in, get them out. That is not what it is like here. Dr. Winthrop takes his time and makes sure he knows what is going on with you, whether it's been a week or a year, he takes the time to understand the pain you're having. I have also seen other providers there, and they were the exact same way. Very professional, yet personable. Pro Performance is amazing and Dr. Dean is the absolute best. He's been treating me since day 1 and my back pain has subsided. Yesterday my back and I were at war. Continuous spasms on my mid back where I couldn't get out of bed, I was in tears. I called Gio at the front desk and he was able to fit me in last minute with Dr. Dean. He did everything he could do considering the amount of pain I was in but I can definitely attest that whatever he did, it worked because I was able to get myself out of bed this morning and no tears. Came here to get fixed up. The office is clean and pretty large. They have chiropractic care, physical therapy, and many others. I came for a quick adjustment and the staff was super nice and took the time to explain everything in detail. Everyone was super nice and extremely professional. They accept a variety of different insurances but they charge additional fees on top of the copays due to their premium modalities. To me, the only downside is that they do not offer adjustment only plans. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend you all to give this place a try if you need chiropractic care. read more

This is my second review for Pro Performance Movement because they're seriously the BEST sports therapy/chiropractor I've been to. I've had a pretty strange case of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome since 2018 that's been treated on and off by different providers. Dr. Dean and Dr. Winthrop have helped me manage my symptoms the best out of any sports therapist/chiropractor that I've seen! They collaborated to find the best treatment plan for me and it's been working. They really care about their patients and listen to what you say. Gio and Anthony at the front desk are always extremely helpful and accommodating. The office is clean and scheduling an appointment is easy.
