    My phone would not turn on. The service repair manager started working on my phone within five minutes after my arrival! The phone was fixed in less than ten minutes! The value of their services is incredible. They are reliable and fast! Thank you!

    Horrible place. These people tooknmyb27bdollars quickly to then have me walking out the door without telling me my system does not work. I was refunded $50 dollars as the total was 75 dollars. The guy speaks fast to get you to leave and annoyingly calls you boss non stop. Horrible communication. The Indian guy really can't handle a business. I highly do NOT recommend these people. They take money of people who are struggling to not be upfront with what's wrong with a game console. Do better.

    Amazing!!! So I have the iPhone XS Max and I've had it for a while now... I dropped it and cracked the screen (I always rock a screen protector but I had taken it off and had forgotten to replace it... so of course that happened lol). My phone is paid off, and although it cracked, phone still worked fine. However the cracked screennnnn was driving me crazyyyy! As I had accepted my fate (my goal was to wait for September and get a new phone then), I was looking at my Verizon app, and noticed that I still paid for insurance through Asurion. To replace my phone due to loss, theft or damage, I knew the fee was $200. However right as I was like "this insurance is worthless now, let me stop paying it and if anything else happens I'll just get a new phone", I noticed that part of my insurance plan included $29 screen replacement for cracked screens etc etc. I was ecstatic (way better than $200). I filed a claim and I was given the option of having someone come to my house, or me going to a store. I chose to go to a store, Ubreakifix on west 96TH street. I skeptically made my appointment (everyone always wants to make $ off of you one way or another... I was expecting to be charge extra fees or something), and got a notification saying to come in by a certain date to get my phone fixed. I popped in on Sunday, was greeted by Has, and he simply asked for my number and found me (I had also paid the $29 when I made my appointment). Told me it would take an hour in half. I decided to sit tight and wait as I had nothing else to do. Less than an hour later, he came back with my phone looking brand spanking new. Has was fast, efficient, and super awesome. I would recommend anyone to come to this location and to trust that they know what they are doing Thank you sooo much! PS: and if you are super stressed while waiting, there's a foot and back massage place right next door

    Do NOT go to this location. I repaired a cracked screen here 3 weeks ago, last night my phone was fine and today I woke up to a severely damaged LCD with zero physical damage. I called and they said if no damage they'll fix it, then when I showed up he insisted they have a machine that shows them that it's "completely shattered on the inside". He took a photo as well but I was not allowed to see any of this evidence. Well, I went to a repair shop on 107th and Amsterdam that was 50$ cheaper and showed me a fully intact screen with no damage and said the screen they used was horrible, cheap quality, and whoever fixed it apparently shoved a screw into the phone. This location also offers a 1 year warranty if there's no physical damage. Go to 107th and Amsterdam and support a small business that will provide better service and better quality products. I've included a photo of the screen they said was "shattered inside".

    After paying to fix it they called me after 3 wks to tell Me if I pay another $100.00  blagh blagh...I immediately went & retrieved it!

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

During the conversation, he also provided helpful and professional advice regarding my other tech-related concerns. Overall, I felt that he genuinely cares about both the service he provides and the people he helps. Because of this follow-up and support, I am revising my overall experience to a 4-star review. I also hope the company's culture continues to reflect this level of care and professionalism and continues to support both customers and staff. --------------------------------------- Previous review -I brought my MSI laptop to this shop for a lid repair. At the time, there was a small crack on the left side near the hinge, and I was worried it might get worse , but the screen bezel was intact. I was initially told that once the part arrived, they would notify me to bring in the laptop, and the repair would then take about a full day. The part arrived on December 30, 2025, I dropped off the laptop on January 6, and picked it up on January 9. -After I got home, I turned on the webcam to prepare for a meeting, and noticed that the screen displayed a blue image. I contacted the shop immediately. I was asked to bring the laptop back for further inspection, but no explanation was provided regarding the possible cause of the issue. -Since the shop is about an hour away, I asked whether a remote diagnosis could be done first to better understand the situation. I was informed that there would be a charge for that service. At the same time, I looked into common causes of this issue and found that it can result from a protective film not being removed during repair. However, this possibility was not discussed. -If a likely cause had been communicated, it would have helped me better understand whether an immediate return visit was necessary. Without that information, the situation was unclear and required additional time and travel to resolve. -More recently, about four months after the repair, I noticed that the bezel near the hinge has cracked, even though I have been handling the laptop carefully. This area was not damaged prior to the repair. Given that the hinge area is a high-stress point, I am concerned that the repair or reassembly may have contributed to this issue. Overall, my experience was disappointing. While the initial interaction felt welcoming, it was followed by a noticeably self-protective approach when issues arose. Although the repair was completed, I encountered additional problems afterward that required significant time and effort to resolve. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that others ask detailed questions about the repair process, confirm what testing will be performed, and ensure the device is thoroughly checked at the shop before taking it home. In general, I believe that clear communication and transparency are important in building trust with customers over the long term.
