For starters they do not give you a receipt for work that is done. Makes sense? They harass and call you multiple times once you leave a device at their store for repair and it's "ready" for pick up. I left an iPad 6th gen for repair. Was charged $150 dollars for it. They had to remove the original fingerprint-register home button in order to get the job done , they claim that is the only way to repair. Once I went to pick up my iPad the entire touch screen sensitivity couldn't pick up finger movement meaning the tablet did not let me type or swipe up/down on the screen. They needed to hold onto the tablet for additional repair. Once I actually got the iPad it worked smoothly until the home button started giving me issues. The home button is completely dysfunctional since there was no receipt provided I cannot claim damage or ask for a fix. I was aware of the AfterMarket/BlackMarket fix policy that Apple has regarding their product just thought I'd give locals a try. I definitely regret doing so... read more

They did not try to upsell me on items I didn't need. I've been back several times in the past year for phone cases and accessories. Let me start by saying that they were supposed to open at 10 and were still not open at 10:20a. Should've taken that as a sign.Having had to replace my iPhone 7 screen before, I found out that the replacements are cheaper in NJ. But I was desperate to have my phone so I strolled into this store. I dropped my phone off and came back later that afternoon. After getting my phone screen replaced, it was handed back to me on a time lock.I provided the password as requested "so he could test" Felt uncomfortable with that, but I complied. I come back for my phone and it is disabled. Perhaps due to the cracked screen malfunctioning. Perhaps not...I have my doubts. Because of this, I was unable to test my phone on pick up. When I finally did, get back into my phone, all my info was gone. I had to restore it from back up (which through my own fault, was 8/5). so I lost everything in my phone from 8/5-8/17. OK, sucked that up, but shortly after that, my phone started overheating and blacking out on me, Colored horizontal lines, followed by a slow fade to black. This is the very same day I picked it up now. So I go back to the store the next day and of course they said there was NO WAY replacing a screen would cause me to need to back up my phone or lose any data. Ask Apple, they told me. Impossible. Of course my phone wouldn't fade to black while I was in the store, but they ultimately refused to acknowledge that their actions caused me lose my data. So now we are at a standstill. I insisted they must have done something and how odd it was that my phone was disabled when I picked it up, so I couldn't see right away that my data and apps were all missing. Very mysterious not being able to test my phone and confirming that it was actually fixed.They became defensive and now refused to touch my phone again and told me I would have to make it a civil matter. So in addition to losing my data, I now had to deal with a phone overheating, then blacking out suddenly. No refund, no nada. just get lost. As of today, my touch screen doesn't work at all now. Can't do anything except use Siri and answer my phone in the car via Bluetooth. Malfunctioned during the eclipse. $163 wasted and now I still have to get my phone fixed. This store is a rip off factory. Don't do it to yourself. Oh and don't worry, I will let Apple know what you guys are up to in there. Hopefully, they will bar these hacks from ruining someone else's life! Update. Went to Apple and low and behold, they put some bootleg screen on my phone. read more

I would NOT recommend this store, they do not uphold their warranty, do not have good customer service, and their products are defective. Go to any other store except this one. I went to get my iPhone screen fixed in late September after it was shattered. It was $87 and came with a 1 year warranty should anything go wrong with the screen, so I decided to go for it. After abut 6 weeks the screen started glitching and it got progressively worse. I went back in December and asked to get it fixed since it fell under the 1 year warranty. The employee (who was different from the first person that helped me in december) said NO because the warranty was only for 2 months, and that the person who offered the 1 year was probably not working there anymore. I told him that regardless of that being the case, their store needed to uphold what was promised to me. He then asked me to describe the person who originally helped me and made me identify him via social media. It turns out he still worked at the store, so he called him and the employee denied ever saying anything about a 1 year warranty. The man said that based on that I wasn't telling the truth. He said he would not be able to fix it, the best he could do was charge me $50 dollars. After arguing for 10 in about their defective screen and faulty warranty he said that his store only offered a 2-3 month warranty and he couldn't help me. I asked him to confirm if the warranty was for 2 or 3 months, he said 3 and I proceeded to show him my receipt that still fell within the 3 month time limit. He seemed upset and started inspecting my screen, then proceeded to call the screen company to see if they would "take back" the screen even through it had a "whole mess of scratches", he said the company would not take it back and that he would not fix it under the warranty and it would be $50. My screen had no scratches, just the normal finger prints and wear a phone screen has after a couple of months. I continued to argue for over 10 more minutes and he refused to follow through on the stores warranty. To top it off, while I was there the another customer walked in who didn't speak english and I helped translate for her which was going to bring in business. He did not budge and refused to fix my phone or hold true to the warranty, I left pissed, cheated, and with a defected screen from their store. Total scam. read more

I've sent my daughters there on different occasions and they treated them well every time with no scheme involved. I appreciated Eddie who was fast and efficient with my phone needs. I came here to fix my iphone 6s plus awhile ago. These people are scammers. My screen had broken and i went to get it fixed. They charged $200 and change. about $20-$30 less than what Tmobile would have charged me. Anyway i went with it because it would be done right then and there. When i came back to get it, they put a black screen top on my rosegold phone. Explaining they had ran out of the white top cover. They said to come back tomorrow where they have new shipments. Now, these people are scammers because when i would watch youtube videos that would have lettering in it, it would blur. The screen was not authentic. It was not retina iphone standards. Which means when i return my phone back to tmobile they would not accept it because it was not an iphone screen. Anyway, i noticed the change because my screen was off in color where it would be very barely noticeable and i also had another iphone from the same model and compared the same video. The letterings were off, there would be a blur in words when watching certain videos. These people will trick you if you do not pay attention. I did a lot of research and saw youtube vids. It was a fake. So, I went back. Showed them how much of a fraud they were while they both looked at my fake iphone screen and my other iphone non-touched screen. & they had no explanation. They swore so much it was an apple screen, they took off the phone apart to show it was an "iphone screen" it was bullshit. Instead they offered me two phone cases for free. And a "50% off" screen protector. These people are scammers. You're better of going to your phone company like tmobile or apple and just let them do their job. They know what they're doing and they have no need to scam unlike this business. Save yourself. Who knows what they do to our original iphone screens. Ive seen them "air dry" from the windows. Eddie is a wiz kid! I called because my iphone screen shattered. I walked in and he fixed my phone in less than an hour and for almost 50 dollars less than what Apple would have charged. The fact that he is so quick and can get your phone back to you within the hour is incredible! I've used Apple stores before, and have nothing against them, but it often takes multiple hours and you need to wait with a lot other people and there is little communication about the status of things. I was so impressed and grateful that he so efficiently fixed my phone and for SUCH A wonderful price. I also got half off a screen protector! Very happy with my experience. This place is just obviously money hungry ! I just paid about $100 to get my IPhone fixed. A week later I took a look at my phone and all of a sudden the bottom left corner of the screen was a darker shade than the rest of the screen. After seeing that I quickly gave them a quick call explaining the situation. I came in that same day and showed him how the bottom left corner was darker than the rest of the screen. He said he could fix it for me for free but because of a couple scratches on the phone they would then have to charge me. I recommend getting you stuff fixed at apple and not here because these people are just looking at any ways to make money off of people. I went there yesterday to get my iPhone fixed and these people had the nerve to lie and tell me that my debit had insufficient funds meanwhile they charged over 130 dollars and to top it off they took my credit card and charged 157 more.. complete thieves..
