Instead, they kept my car for a full month and gave it back in a much worse condition. When I picked it up, I was shocked: there was a cobweb inside the car, the steering wheel and roof were scratched, and there were multiple stains inside that looked like coffee. The next day, during a simple oil change at my trusted mechanic, I discovered even more problems -- new dents on the body that weren't there before, and missing bolts on the rods connected to the rear wheels. This is not just bad service -- it's careless, irresponsible, and dangerous. If this shop can't handle basic repairs without damaging the car further, they have no right to be in business. I would never trust them again and strongly warn anyone against going here.
