I am having a very hard time and I called these people to work on my car. I gave them money and now I haven't been able to reach anybody. They are not taking my calls and ignoring me. Don't allow these people around your car. They are scammers. I read about how can you tell when a mobile mechanic is a scammer. They said that if you can't reach them after you give them money then they are scammers. If you give them money to work on your car and they don't show up for days and don't call you and communicate then they are scammers. If these guys call you saying they'll just charge 50.00 for diagnostic and they say they need some money to go get parts to put on your car never give them money for them to pay for parts. You will be like me sitting up here. Gave these people my money and haven't heard from them and your car still not working. They got 300 and something out of me. Run from them. Do not give them your business. Please don't. If you put on line that you're looking for a mobile mechanic and 24 Hour Mechanic pick up and call you and say he can come right out don't deal with them. Don't give Allen Wilson your money. He will not pick up your calls and he will lie to you and say he coming and he won't come. I see that i gave them 380 all together. I was out on medical leave from work and It was not easy for me to come up with that money. They took it and here it is Monday. Nothing from them. Stay away.

Again, due to an unfortunate set of affairs it was not easy for me to track down our vehicle but eventually I discovered it was towed to Waynes. By the time I spoke with someone at Waynes, I was pretty stressed out. The lady that answered my call was patient, professional and very helpful in guiding me through the process. Sandy is the lady that calmly and clearly explained to me what I needed to obtain and bring in prior to retrieving our vehicle. Once we finally arrived to pick up our impounded vehicle I was pleasantly surprised at how organized and clean the inside of the building was. There was a spacious, inviting area for those waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. Sandy came out to greet us and get us set up and on our way. I have always been very bad when dealing with tight parking spaces so I was very grateful for the guy in the tow yard that pulled our car out of a crazy tight space. I first tried to do it but panicked and asked him to help me out... he did so without one word of complaint. The car was in good condition. We drove off the lot and went home safely. Whew!
