The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. (Yay for mad Photoshop skills!) Side note: our agent took his own not-awesome photos and posted on MLS. I'm attaching a comparison. The process of working with the civil engineering team at C2G was average. They were competent to get the work done, but had a very poor attention to detail (had numerous back and forth with the town due to missing little simple issues) and extremely slow response times. We would have weeks go by without any work done until I would call them to remind them the whole project was waiting on them. Now we were ready for them to come out and set the stakes so we could begin construction. This is where the service went from average to completely unacceptable. I reached out twice (email + phone), no response. My contractor reached out twice (email + phone), no response. Finally after calling them again, I was able to get a hold of someone. They said I needed to get in touch with the surveyor, who I had been emailing all along. Long story short, I never even got the quote from them for the work to do the survey work. I'm sure it would have summed up to at least another $10k in business. I wrote a scathing email to the owner (Todd) and the surveyor (Jean-Paul) about 2 months ago. Never even heard back. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be reporting to the BBB.
