Originally they were scheduled for earlier in the day to photograph, but they needed to reschedule for later in the day. This was told to us on the day. That seemed fine, but between when they were supposed to originally arrive and when they actually did arrive, it began to rain. We called F8, asking to reschedule for the next day, so that we could get photographs of the front and backyard that didn't look soaked. The woman we spoke to was rude and kept repeating "we've got a business to run here", so we could not reschedule without paying $75. She assured us the photographs would be edited to look great. No surprise, the photographs do not look great. It looks like they just boosted the image saturation and replaced the cloudy sky with a blue sky. Ridiculous.

It was also supposed to include a video and 20 pictures for $550 and I only got 20 pictures for $550. Again I gave him time to settle back in and I emailed him requesting the aerial , there has been no response to date. I'm afraid something has changed and I no longer recommend. I must mention that I had one another incident (a few years ago) where he never emailed me the website address that was included in my package. And that time, like this one I emailed him and text him several times. He did not respond. Now I'm going to have to hire another photographer to do the aerial.
