She was delightful however after finally getting in to see her and doing some initial trial and error it was yet another two months to get a follow up. When I said something about how long it takes to get in, the flippant response was: we have 1000 patients we are trying to care for. Seems like a total money grab. On an up-note my family dr referred me to Iowa Dermatology. Their policy is everyone has an appointment within two days. I had an appointment the next day. I had follow treatment and was cured within two weeks. Had I stayed with dermatology pc I would still be waiting for an appointment.

Told me if we came back to have it removed she would do some kind of electro therapy, called to come back in when cream wasn't helping, no one returned my call for 3 days so just rebooked the appt to have it removed. Went in to have it removed and told her the correct kind of wart that it was. She acted like they are basically the same thing (they aren't) and she and her assistant were somewhat rude about it. She was really uncomfortable about removing it even though in the previous appt she seemed open to it. She didn't use the treatment she had told me she was going to do. Instead she just cut it off and, from what I've read, this is supposed to be "sealed" with heat, which she did not do. Wart came right back. I will say that from what I have read some warts are just stubborn, so I can understand it coming back. It's the rest of it that I have an issue with.
