That's right they charged me for a co pay to wait 45 Minutes then when I asked for a refund because I was done with waiting - they charged me a second time!!!! Office staff kept telling me that their records show I received my refund. Many calls later and with the help of L and N credit union (super bank) I finally got my $90dollars. Beware - do not use your debit card with these clowns. Use a credit card if you continue to see this group of docs - you will get your money back faster. I had 4 questionable spots removed..1 turned out to be a squamous cell carcinoma. The removal went very well and Dr. Bogner successfully got all of the cancer within the margins. I have great insurance and have never had issues with any other providers being unable to submit claims before now. After several additional unsuccessful attempts by this office to file a claim, I offered to assist. Even though it is not my job, I volunteered to attempt to file the claims relating to my visits to my insurance on behalf of this office. I was successful in my first attempt and this office was paid approximately $800 of insurance money. This left a balance of $49 on my account. This office thanked me for my assistance in this matter by sending me to collections for the remaining $49. The office itself is antiquated, dusty, and appears unsanitary. The front office procedures are also outdated as all billing and paperwork is hand written and difficult to read at times.

New patient appointments schedule months in advance. It is the middle of May and the soonest she can be seen is mid-August. Do better DA. Do better.
