His appearance was extremely unprofessional. Shirt unbuttoned to his mid chest. His shirt tucked in on his right side but not his left. The transaction.... I went for an exchange... the rate was .777 and I had a coupon for their website allegedly for 50% off the trans fee. He didn't give me the 50% discount I asked for $1000 converted. Mid transaction he told me he could only give me $1000 CAD. While he was counting I asked if he even had the coins $1 or $2. He said yes how much did I want :.. I asked if he had enough to do the $1000 exchange.... He said no ... I asked how much he had and he said he couldn't tell me... WTF He then said he had about $70 Canadian worth ... I said okay and he wanted to charge me another transaction fee. I declined and left ... because he's not sharp enough and didn't bother to offer them to me ... Also, do not ever sell anything to this guy, if it isnt valuable high value gold bullion [junk silver, silver coins and bullion, and even smaller gold bullion [1/10 oz, 1/4 oz]. I guess he sees the dollar signs on the sellers high value items and really wants them, but otherwise he will RIP YOU OFF his rates on trade-ins are RIDICULOUS and even if you believe you deserve more than 50% of the trade value, he will simply tell you "well people simply dont pay much for these coins" I walked out and refused to sell to him. There is a business in a nearby community that will pay you 85-90% of the coins METAL value, no matter what kind of coin, big or small, as long as its real, and no matter if "people" supposedly "dont pay much for these coins." This mean scrooge will offer you less than 60% of the coins silver or gold melt value value. Not retail, MELT VALUE!! That means he will buy your U.S 90% silver Peace dollar [Melt value of ~$12 @ 16.75 dollar silver rates] for less less than $9, and turn around and sell the coin [depending on the quality] for retail price at 20-24 dollars!! Over a 100% return on his purchase. Great job screwing over loyal locals..I can get more selling them on eBay, even with shipping and fees included. Overall, do not recommend. This guy needs to step his game up big-time, or sell the business.
