Beware of Foreman Appliance in Belleview. I bought a dryer from them. It was not heating correctly. I took it back within 30 days and they tested it. It seemed ok. I had the dryer vents cleaned but when I brought it home, it still would not dry correctly. I bought a different dryer from another place and that dryer works well. So the problem is with the dryer and NOT the vent. Dave at Foreman Appliance would not take the dryer back at 45 days. He would allow me to sell it on commission in his store for $129. If, it sold, he would take $29. I told him the dryer is NOT working correctly but will resell it at his store????????????? BUYER BEWARE ! Just now read more

David came out to fix ice maker 3 times. First visit I explained troubleshooting I did so far, I told him I hadn't check water filter in back of fridge yet plus new water softening equipment was installed outside and that was the only other thing I thought may be an issue. Ice maker was working but only a few cubes would be produced. He never troubleshot anything. He said he needed to get a part & would be back in a couple days. 2 wks later he comes in takes out the old one & pops in a new one. Never troubleshooting, he leaves. So that's 85.00 plus 60 for labor. It didn't change anything, although swapping out the whole unit is faster & easier. If we thought that was the problem we could of done it ourselves. More days pass and on this day as 3:30 came around I called to verify time so I could be available. I spoke to Donnie who said he had no way of calling David to get a time. I explained the problem as the fixed etc. a few minutes later my phone rings and David didn't even identify himself as he was too busy raging on the phone like no other service person I've heard before. Apparently Donnie gave him the impression I directly accused Jim of taking advantage of seniors. This never happened however did say us old folks have to look out for each other as it's easy to get taken advantage of in this area. David didn't want to hear anything he was out of control yelling then hung up. Since then I also looked up the company on google reviews and notice this wasn't new behavior, but it is bad for business. I would not recommend this company to anyone. David at minimum has an anger disorder mixed with rage. read more

If I could give them a BIG fat ZERO I would. Don't waste your time on this place. Bought a washer from them Jan 27th and while we were there saw a matching dryer told them we wanted it. Guy said okay we got to clean it up and test it and will call us. A week went by heard nothing. Husband called was told we will get a call when ready another week goes by we stop in and speak to David who has no idea as to what we are talking about shows us a few older ones that were not as nice and we say okay test em out and call us as we are leaving he comes to car and says he found the one and it's inside in back WOW! Says he will make sure it works and call us. Nothing for week. I call he is rude tries to make stupid jokes says they have to get a part for he will call when part comes in. Another week goes by I call talk to David again and part still not in surprise!! But he goes it's yours when it comes in. Place is a joke!!! Beware!! Now is Feb 27 and never received a call from David!! Very poor customer service!! read more

Been a customer for over 4 years and will never return. Paid close to 600 bucks for a whirlpool washer and dryer set. Not 2 months later the pump went out and even tho as we had been told in the store with everything we got there. "It has a warranty if you have any issues". Flash forward about 6 weeks and the guy comes out and he tried charging 150 for the new pump we needed. When we told him we still had the warranty he said oh no it has to go the store for that. Then he says well I still have to charge you 65 just for coming out for all of 3 minutes "something else that was never disclosed before hand when we called". After calling the store again about bringing it in like the repair man told us for the warranty work now all of sudden they have never heard of this so called "warranty" and won't honor it even tho we basically just bought the thing. Grade A con artists do not recommend anyone going here. I'd hate to see what shape his "as-is" stuff is in that is marked on his store. read more

When we set the appointment last week the owner wanted me to wait for him between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. I told him that I had to be in court in Tampa at 1:00 p.m. and that I could not wait with an open-ended time period. He promised he'd be at my home promptly at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning and done by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. He didn't show up until 10:00 a.m., did a u-turn in my driveway, and then drove around the block twice. When I stepped outside he yelled he'd be back in 20 minutes. I yelled back that I had to get ready to leave for court. He drove off without a word. When he shows back up I asked him how long he was going to take because I had to leave in 20 minutes. He responded with, "I will not be rushed with my work." So right there I threw him out. Don't waste your time with this guy, who took 2 weeks to even get the part and then cannot honor the commitment he made. read more

Service technician came to service my Viking Appliance. Claims parts and service is no longer…read moreavailable due to age. I called Viking directly and was able to order the parts directly from the company. Mr Appliance charged me a diagnosis fee, just to tell me they will not be ordering parts because they are sold out world wide/not available due to age of the stove. I strongly do not recommend Mr. appliance , the only reason I contacted them because Viking listed them as the only repair certified technician for the area. I contacted Viking directly and let them know that Mr. appliance of Ocala needs to have their certification revisited or reevaluated. I've tried to call Mr. appliance to speak to a manager or supervisor to ask for a refund or some type of compensation because I wanted my stove fixed based on what Viking put as a reputable repair service business , Mr. appliance refuse to repair due to not being able to order parts. I ordered OEM parts directly from Viking, there was no valid reason not to service my stove. At the time of this writing, I am still waiting for a manager or supervisor to explain to me how I am able to order OEM parts, but their service technician claim the company cannot. I have my invoice with the technician notes , including my invoice for parts purchased from Viking Directly.

I bought a washer today from Foreman's, it wound up making a noise so it was replaced by the one in the picture. As a woman I didn't like it's look it was ugly. As a man my husband liked it. I told Dave it was ugly so he said give him a week and he will replace it. I get to keep this one until he replaces it too, thank you Dave! I had him repair a dryer 3 years ago that my daughter has and it is still working today, this company has my thumbs up! read more
