Jason and his team, Bently and Rylan, arrived bright and early each weekday morning and worked their tails off regardless of the weather, much of which was nasty winter weather! They are all pros and just good guys to have on the property. Jason was on-site throughout the entire process and worked as hard as his guys did. His super creative design ideas, absolute perfectionism, and craftsmanship are of the highest value. He and his guys build as though it's their own home. We asked for some outside-the-box solutions, and Jason surpassed our wildest dreams. He also installed beautiful deck lighting and landscape lighting. Yes, we had to wait about six months after receiving the estimate - they're busy guys. Yes, it was expensive, but he's worth it, and much of that was our choice. The consultation was ok, he seemed very into his social media and instagram. He told me he would put a quote together. I have since been ghosted. Multiple e-mails and follow ups on my end...for months...and nothing back- much like previous reviews state. It is past being an excusable delay...and I'm moving on. I'm disappointed, but also feel I dodged a bullet if this is the kind of communication I can expect from this company. Don't waste your time.

They were one of the first to reply and set up a consultation. I set up an appointment. Received a phone call that I missed. I called them right back and a man answered rudely asking why I was calling... I politely explained I was returning their phone call and he still questioned me as why I was calling, short tempered. They were very specific to need to meet at my residency and needing my address apparently to meet but I was fine with meeting them at a close destination. They arrived on time, and I quickly realized the man I spoke to on the phone that was very rude was the guy that was pitching that he would be the GC of our job. He was persistent that he wanted to speak to my husband, as if I am not capable of making a decision if they are someone we would like to hire. I feel like he was overselling his capabilities of doing our job and he walked into that consultation as of needing to show me he was the boss. I need a GC that's capable of communication and fulfilling the job. Their tactic was very skeptical. I will give it to them, that they were quick to try to pick up a job, and they arrived on time and I was able to have a cordial short conversation with them to know they were not going to be our general contractor. He gave me a ball park bid. The price was higher than what I felt they were capable of, and higher than most other contractors. They also claimed they had a reputation with the local banks, but they wanted us to be the dealer. Maybe good for small out of pocket jobs??? But definitely not new construction builds that may require a lender, unless you are doing an owner build. Overall, based on my brief experience with them. Don't waist your time or money. Lack of trust in their ability to complete a job smoothly. This review is based off their communication skills.

I've heard a lot of horror stories with friends getting renovations and facing many bumps in the road and contractors leaving them in the dark about timelines or pricing. S&E, the entire team, are very professional, helpful, and honest. I appreciate all the work they did, they are experienced and when we did hit any bumps in the road they were knowledgeable and had solutions. You can tell this is not their first rodeo. They did not drag their feet and delay things, problems were solved quickly and I appreciated that. They follow through on what they say they are going to do and did not leave my family hanging or in the dark. I will definitely use them for future work and recommend them highly. What's really cool is their attention to detail, you can't even tell we did a renovation. The new bathroom and room match everything in the rest of our house perfectly.

Tomasi worked with me and my ideas and together we created a beautiful front entryway. The area was very challenging due to a slope and several trees. We now have an inviting, open, and useable entrance. We found Tomasi and his crew accommodating, polite, and always cleaned up the site before leaving daily. We are so happy with the results. Elite Northwest was competitive in price and are decent, honest people to work with. We intend to hire them again for other projects later this year.

Unfortunately I can't recommend Tomasi due to the fact that our job was never completed, and it's…read morebeen 6 weeks since we agreed to part ways, and we have yet to receive a termination agreement or refund that was promised. See full description below. We hired Tomasi back in November 2022 to demo part of our existing patio, lay a new concrete patio, and install a cover over the concrete patio section so we could use the space as indoor outdoor living space. The concrete pour happened in December 2022 after the team demo'd the existing area. They did a great job and everything went smoothly. Everything after the concrete pour is where we started having issues. The area outside our house was left a mess with concrete rubble and rebar scattered about, the porch steps hadn't been rebuilt to our previously existing porch, and our crawl space had concrete rubble and trash inside it with no new cover being built yet. We had to ask multiple times for this work to be completed, in addition to the power washing and sealing the concrete like Tomasi had promised. He didn't want to finish the job until the cover came in, which was understandable until the cover was delayed from a January arrival time to indefinitely. After months of following up with him to try and get answers about the cover, we were eventually told that it would arrive on May 2nd. We followed up a few times before and were told Tomasi was in Hawaii and would pick it up and install it when he was back, but that it had come in. Fast forward another week without updates, Tomasi told us him and his wife had come down with Covid and didn't know when they would return from Hawaii. After months of the cover being pushed off, we gave the cover company a call and we were told they had no record of our order. We've been trying to remedy this with Tomasi who claims he's still not back from Hawaii for over a month now. Tomasi gave us the option to terminate our contract, and offered a partial refund if $2,547.75 due to the cover not being completed, which we decided to move forward with on May 20. I followed up on May 24 since we still hadn't received it with no response. I checked in again on May 31 asking if he could send over the termination contract by end of day 6/1 and received a lengthy reply telling me he won't be reimbursing me for the patio cover and will not send over a reimbursement settlement (which is no longer what we asked for, we just wanted the termination agreement, plus the $2,547.75 refund he offered us due to the patio cover not being completed). I checked in again on June 7, and he said he received the agreement the past Friday and requested some things be changed, but that we should have it that day or the day after. No updates, followed up again on June 10th with no response. At this point, it's been 6 weeks since we originally requested the termination agreement, and we just want to move on. I unfortunately can't recommend Tomasi given the work wasn't completed and at this point we can't even get a termination agreement sent to us or the partial refund he offered. I will update this review if we ever hear back or receive a termination contract, etc.

We paid up front for the drawings with the opportunity to modify the plans to our needs. We decided to go with another builder and discovered that the septic field was missed in the drawings. Therefore, the deck needs to be redrawn. We canceled Masterdecks but never received a refund for the unused amount Of funds we paid up front. We have called twice and never received a return call. Very bad experience and we do not recommend them for any project.

The colors and material are great! Ryan was our over-all coordinator and great at keeping us informed on our project, including scheduling, invoices and required changes. He was always our first point of contact for questions and very quick to respond. He was a really helpful person to work with. Mario was our field manager. He handled pre- and post-construction walk-throughs, including working with us on installation details and where all the materials would be staged. He was very clear on directions for us and for the deck builder. He was fabulous! Brett constructed our deck and stair railing. Because this was a small project, Masterdeck used a trusted partner, who was Brett for our project. We were so lucky! He's truly a master craftsman. His attention to detail and construction was fabulous! So many finishing touches that really make this deck perfect (example: finished corners so there no deck ends showing). Never any chaos, no rework and he answered all our questions. We really appreciated him and his skills so much. Having Brett do the work gave us confidence that we now have a high quality and beautiful deck that we can enjoy for years. He made this whole experience for us far less stressful. It was such a great experience watching this deck be created. He was truly a gem!!!

From start to finish the entire team was very coordinated and always communicated choices and next steps. He helped us with our HOA proposal and gave a thorough quote from the beginning. You can tell everything was done with the highest quality -- even the smallest details were considered like adding water-resistive rubber barriers around doors and trim capping around windows. We appreciated how professional the teams were too. They even reset our fence every evening for our dogs. Several neighbors have stopped by to ask about the work and were all impressed by its quality too. We highly recommend contracting Personal Touch Exteriors!

My house is older, and as they removed the old aluminum siding we discovered the house would need to be wrapped in MDF(?) plywood. Some parts of the house only had framing under the siding. Our replacement windows were ANDERSON WINDOWS at a fraction of the cost Anderson asked for. Every day/night the house was left water safe and secure. Each window was properly flashed, properly caulked. After the plywood, a new fresh water liner, and then the siding.... The workers were delightful, hardworking and left each day with a clean yard and work area. After siding, the house was painted-- no oversprays. My garage doors and front patio were included in getting painted. This company is top quality, top notch. Prices are reasonable. 5 Stars from us!
