OMG what a nightmare.. scheduled a hot stone pedicure as I was getting ready for vacation.. The agent completing my service started cutting my toe nails, I looked down and she cut the nail so short you could see the meat that sourounds the toe....I was in tears....they attempted to put a fake nail over the nail ...it was a horrible experience!!!!!! My go-to for great looking nails and relaxation. I can completely chill here and just enjoy "me" time. The exfoliating pedicure is my favorite, but even the basic pedicure is good! Been coming here for years, and the more recent renovation is quite the glow up- makes it feel so much nicer and relaxing! No complaints about my pedis, they look great and last a long time. They really don't chip for me, even with just standard polish. I'm not much of a mani girl as my work makes them chip too quickly, so I can't say much about that. One thing I wish for is an option for a pedi in between just a polish change and the deluxe, but since mine last so long I guess my feet need the extra pampering! read more

Martha does incredible work. I've had dip, gel, and pedicures with her and I'm always so happy with the end result. Truly a nail artist. Sophia has also done fantastic work for me, she's very gentle and fun to chat with. She's also great and highly recommended. I only started going here about a year ago upon moving to the area. I hope people give new ownership a chance as there are some initial pains to go through when businesses have operational changes. This place has quality products and their techs are very pleasant and talented. Hope everyone can recognize the struggles of small business the last two years and support them. And to be fair, the behavior I see from CUSTOMERS at various nail salons is pretty embarrassing and rude. Horrible service ! First of all , LADIES , don't fall for their neck and shoulder massage . I counted to 10 ( seconds ) and the massage was over . ! Are you kidding me ! If you offer it , render it right . Do at least 1 minute massage ! As soon as I sat down for a neck massage she said she was done ! Don't offer a MASSAGE if you can't render it correctly ! I had my first appointment with the salon this afternoon, for a manicure and pedicure. The place is Very clean, and the atmosphere is quite relaxing. I was greeted by Jackie with a friendly smile and a warm hello. Michele did my manicure and pedicure and I am absolutely delighted! She paid attention to detail, she was focused, all around excellence. No TV here, which I absolutely am impressed with! There is soothing jazz and soft music in the background. Everyone was friendly But not in your face. A very nice balance of respectful silence when They sensed that's what I was in the mood for, as well as Friendly chatter at the right time. They even have some chocolates out. I did not partake, but it's a nice touch. The Decour is clean and inviting. All I needed was a nice glass of wine or some warm herbal tea and I would've been in Nirvana! I will be back again ! read more

I am extremely disappointed with the salon. A 37% increase in price was not welcome. As far as the service it was OK, but I saw nothing that would merit a increase in price with the exception that the spa was redone. I did not feel as welcome as before and the chairs for pedicure were extremely uncomfortable, in fact I had to sit forward in order not to have back pain. Massage did not work, manicure is extremely disappointing. I was told sit for 10 minutes and nails would be dry. I sat 20 minutes. I was then though my nails were dry and OK to leave. By the time I got home 2 of the nails had small areas where the polish had bubbled, I finger on my right hand was not even completely polished on side of nail. The next day the polish has chipped off both thumbs. A regular manicure should last at least 24 hours. I will not come back here again and I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. They said there was a birthday discount get they would not offer it and my birthday is in a week. The salon is very clean and they take your temperature as your enter. They give you hand sanitizer as you enter and have plastic dividers between each station and between you and the technician. Let's start with it was my birthday, upon arrival my party of 4 were separated when we got there even though we booked about 5 days in advance, we were told Chloe was not working Friday so I was given some one name Jinny, half way into the service I told her the nails were crooked and really fat, she said if your not happy I can soak them off we don't have to go any further I said that would be great, she then proceeded to bring Chloe over to take a look and tell me my nails look fine , I said what is this you said I can soak them off now you bring over more associates to tell me they are fine instead of soaking off, when I told her the same thing Chloe proceeds to call another associate over so I said stop just finish my nails so I can go. Now once again the lady is like I don't want you to be unsatisfied but yet never soaks off just brings more people over to convince me they were fine, we finished because they were not letting up, at the end when it was time to pay I once again expressed that I was unsatisfied and when I held up my hands the new lady standing behind them let out a laugh when she saw them, they did not discount my service, they really were just not pleasant and I will be posting on every site I can find them on. read more

VIP was my go to place when I lived in the area. I was recently back for the holidays and unfortunately for me, VIP was booked the day I was looking to get my nails done. I ended up going to a different nail salon for my full set and COMPLETELY regretted it. I went back to VIP a few days later to have them fixed because I was so upset. Julie was AMAZING. She was able reshape, even out, and just make my nails look great. She took her time, asked to make sure I liked what she was doing along the way, and was just so professional. That part was ok. It was when I was sitting after while my nails dried where my feelings changed. Usually they give you a short massage while you are drying. The girl who did my manicure had begun a pedicure with another client. She said she would come back to do my massage. Haven't gotten my nails done in almost a year, and I went to VIP today (appointment) and it was the best decision ever. Chloe did my deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. She helped my pick my nail color and let me test about 6 polishes until I picked the one I wanted. They renovated the whole place and it looks awesome! Very clean and with everything going on I felt very safe. They take your temp and give you hand sanitizer right as you walk in, and they have plexiglass dividers that don't look tacky. She really took her time and attention to small details which I appreciated. I love this nail salon and it is always my first choice. My girlfriend from LZ has been coming here forever and I feel like she really introduced me to a little gem. My girl, Sue, does a very thorough job. She treats me like her daughter, and I like it. I also love that there are PLENTY of pedicure and manicure seats (the salon is huge) and overall the vibe in here is just very relaxed. The best thing about this salon is that their mani/pedi's are only $35! Last time I was in, a lady was next to me who had just moved here from Chicago and she about fell out of her chair when they told her the price. My manicures usually last a good 7 days with very minimal chipping. You also receive a powerful little neck massage while your nails dry to round out the whole experience. I went in for just a spa pedicure and the place seems nice. A lot of people working and a lot of customers. They have a movie playing that the whole salon can watch. I sit in the pedi chair (which is nice) and read my magazine since the woman didn't speak English very well or speak at all which is fine. She didn't buff my heels or feel barely at all, or even look at my heels, which need buffing, which is why I get pedicures! Then I picked a lighter/maroon/pinky color for my toes and she was doing such a bad job that she had to go get another lady to come finish my polish job for me. Then, she sat me under the dryer but failed to turn it on (so I turned it on myself). She did give a neck and shoulder massage while sitting in the dryer chair which was nice. I told her to get the side edges of my nails as best as she could she said that's not possible. WHAT!! Really you just don't know how to paint.
