Right from the get go, it was clear that he is an honest person and gave us a lot of confidence that he will be able to handle the project. We had to wait a few months to get the permit approval from the city, and Micky followed up with the permit officers diligently. He had his team ready to jump in with the demo, and started working on the project immediately after we received the permits. The project took a couple of months longer than expected (in part because we asked for some changes, and in part because Micky had underestimated some of the work). But we did not mind the delay as it was clear that Micky's team was doing the work properly and not cutting corners. One piece of advice: Micky gives you accurate timelines for his material options, but if you want other options then you will have to be on top of it yourself to make sure you get it in time. This is understandable, and once we realized it, we were able to better forecast when certain aspects of the project will be completed. Micky is just an amazing human being - kind, thoughtful, and empathetic. The patience paid off. We now live in one of the best houses on the street (which was previously an eye sore). Our sincere gratitude for Micky and his team. We will seek his company out for future projects.

After 6 long years of using our master bathroom shower, we realized the poor workmanship of the house flipper that sold us our house. Tiles not lined up, water leaking out the shower door, water leaking through the grout, grout cracking, water pooling in a corner of the shower because it wasn't properly sloped. It got to the point where what once was a pretty shower became a nasty place to shower in. Kenny was fast to respond, professional, and took his job seriously. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. We have lived in our home for over 20 years and we did the painting ourselves here and there for maintenance, so our home really needed a professional job! With that said, I met with nine painters and general contractors, all referred to me by various sources. LS Custom Painting, owned by Sang was one of them that came highly recommended through the neighborhood app for Lake Forest, California and other sources. All of the bids came in between $6700-$12,000. Sang met with me in person. We were very impressed with how detailed he was and how he really wanted to understand what we desired. He educated us on quite a few things that we did not know as well. It is because of that, plus what all the other referrals said about the incredible work he does that we hired LS Custom Painting. Sang also made some wonderful suggestions because of his decades of experience such as painting certain areas a certain color to make it look richer and such. His price was right in the middle of all the bids, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. We have absolutely no regrets! Right from the get-go Sang was extremely communicative. Their process is extremely detail oriented from power washing, scraping and filling all of the cracks, fixing the cracked stucco (even repaired a poor previous stucco area), digging up the dirt and rocks on the bottom of the foundation so that could be painted as well, taping every single window and door, removing exterior lamps, etc.... They were reliable, neat, and did not leave any garbage on my property. Alberto, one of the lead painters was superb in everything he worked on. He really knows his stuff and he's been with Sang for 20 years plus. He was very communicative during the project if he needed some clarity for what we wanted done. The project took one week from start to finish and on a scale of 1 to 10 we give the completed work an 11++++! We have already had ALL our neighbors come by with their mouths hanging open saying the house looks like it's brand new (and it's over 40 years old!) and it looks like it was transported here from someplace else!! We have included pictures here for your review; the before is the salmon color the after is the gray and white and we did a pop of color with the blue door.
