Let me start by saying... WOW Tony and his team are amazing!!! My husband and I are new home owners and have been doing a BUNCH of research on what renovations to do and approximately how much everything costs. We had a very difficult project as the builders installed wallpaper directly onto the drywall in the kitchen and all bathrooms. For years we were told our only option was to re wall paper, which we disliked. We finally contacted Tony and he succeeded where all others failed. Our home's exterior and garage desperately needed new painting. Not only was the paint's exterior faded and discolored, the wooden trim and stucco had many visible damages and cracks. I'm writing this review on Tony with full confidence! We've moved into a new community in Late August. Since then, we've had some neighbors complaints on paint on the walls getting stains due to the dust and all. We've been carefully observing if that would be the case for us as well, but ABSOLUTELY no issues! Our walls do get quite dusty as well, but after a simple wipe, it's all spic and span. Original work order: 1 accent wall They did such a great job that we ended up having them paint another 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and family room John was the first point of contact we had for EG Pro Painting. On the phone, he took the time to understand our needs and go over the scope of work. He made scheduling very simple by giving us available dates while working around my crazy schedule. Their professionalism and accommodating approach on this early part of the painting project process, gave us the confidence that we'd want to go with their services. Once we knew we were going to utilize their services, first step was for us was to pick colors. I learned this was the hardest part of the entire painting project. EG lent us a color swatch book while educating us about different kinds of paints & respective finishes. They even recommended some popular trending colors. They also applied the actual color patches on the walls we're painting so that we'd know how the colors would ACTUALLY look on our walls. Doing this really helped us feel comfortable with the color we picked. Now that we've picked the color, the job itself went as smooth as I can imagine. EG was able to keep all the appointments scheduled by showing up on time. I really appreciated the detail and care Tony (the painter) took to prep for the paint job. He carefully taped the edges of the walls, took out sockets covers and light switches to make sure the paint is perfectly distributed on the entire wall without leaving any edges unpainted. He also took the time to roll up paper and plastic covers on the floor and set the surrounding furniture aside. After the prepwork, Tony painted the walls/rooms in quick fashion and completed the projects at expected times. Due to the prep-work done, there were no signs of paint on the floor or any unintended surfaces. He also did minor repair on the wall that's being painted. He even took time to air out the room to make sure the sufficient multiple coats dried properly. Tony came and gave us a quote and was very polite and gave us a really reasonable price compared to everyone else who bid the job to do the interior of our home. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was very reasonable and very professional, my husband and I felt he was the least pushy and the most professional. I've remodeled different parts of my house for the past decade and it's hard to come by detail oriented folks. A previous painter had painted over previous glossy paint without priming so a year later huge chunks of paint were able to peel off like wallpaper.
