While the teachers seemed genuinely invested, the high child-to-caregiver ratio likely led to these oversights. Alarmingly, we witnessed young children being placed in timeout, a practice not allowed for their age in GA. When we raised concerns, especially after paying $3,000 for that week, the daycare dismissed us claiming they were very clear upfront about setting expectations. (We clearly expected more from them than they did of themselves.). Eventually the daycare stopped answering our questions.
