I choose a frame from their office. 2 hours after the visit, I called to cancel my order because I did not like the selection. I was told I had to pay $40 in order to cancel the order. I kept the order to avoid the $40 fee. When my glasses arrived, I couldn't see any different from before I went in. So I reverted to buying over-the-counter glasses and I've been using them ever since. With medical and the VSP plan, we still had to pay $920 out of pocket. We had to pay cash before leaving her office. I regret this visit and would not recommend it. RUN FOREST RUN!!!!

When I met him, I was instantly at ease with his relaxed, friendly and professional demeanor. I had never had to wear glasses my entire life, and now, (that I had aged a few years), it had become a necessity! Dr. Kahn did a VERY thorough exam and had found a spot in my right eye on the cornea. This apparently was not a new issue. I was completely amazed at this, considering he was my "godfather" and had been my Optometrist and the family eye caretaker ever since my father and he had graduated Medical school together in Philadelphia!!!!! He takes all the time that is needed to carefully examine my eyes, explain the progress, discuss options and find solutions for my eye needs.
