Dominic was very skilled with the equipment and got the job done well and in less time than was estimated. The mulcher mowed some field grass that had gotten a couple of feet tall, then chewed up the blackberry, holly and hawthorn that had taken over. The machine is pretty amazing. It is able to take down fairly good sized trees, s as well as the smaller brush and vines. The area that we had done did not need a manicured look, so we went with Tier 2. Both of the people we dealt with communicated well - returned texts and calls - which was wonderful. When we had a glitch with delivery time on our end, Brian helped us figure out a solution that worked for everyone. We would highly recommend KBA!

Jacob took my call to ask about an estimate to have a Japanese maple tree pruned. He didn't sound as "polished" as other businesses did, but he was "out and about" so he could be at my house in an hour to give an estimate. He showed up within the hour and his bid was very competitive. He called me back and said he had a man available that same afternoon, so Michael came and did the pruning and asked me from time to time what else I might wanted removed. He did exactly as a I wanted. He removed all cut branches and used a leaf blower to clean up. They don't use a credit card machine, so you will pay with cash or check. Also a reason for the 4-star rating. I suggest to them that they tell the customer upfront. Total cost: $300 as was quoted.

Have a monster tree that fell on your house? Got a ginormous tree leaning precariously over your…read morepregnant neighbor's home? Who should you call? It's got to be Roger who first pulled a massive cedar off my house-- and two years later, took down another cedar that was leaning precariously over my neighbor's house shortly before she was going to have her second baby. Roger has saved my bacon twice now. He does what he says he will when he says he will, he cleans up before he leaves and dispenses cheery tree advice all along the way. He is honest and will tell you what you should do not what will benefit him. And he is very sweet and entertaining, which is a very helpful when a tree has fallen on your house. I just can't say enough good things about Roger and while I hope I have no more tree drama, if I do, I have him on speed dial and you should too.
