The people there are great. They're all at ease which helps keep our pups at ease. They're professional. They take time to get to know your pets and to speak with you to ensure you know what's all going on. There are chairs in the exam room for us but none for the clinical team. When they come in, including Dr. Todd, they get down on the floor to meet their patients eye-to-eye on their level. There isn't even an exam table; it's hidden away like a Murphy bed. All of these things helped our pups stay calm throughout the entire visit. Today I was blown away by their service. We were faced with a shortage of meds and the team there went above and beyond my expectations...but it seems it's just 'what they do'. They have processed in place to resolve issues with east for folks in my situation. What they do is far greater than any other vet we've used. The clinic itself it the cleanest and most well maintained I've been in. I've seen a few clinics over the years so this says a lot. I'd go so far to say it looks as great as it did when they opened their doors two years. Would I recommend Vista Vet? Absolutely!

It stated that there were glad I found a new vet to care for my pet. Signed "peace and love"! Seriously, after a year they post such a callous and defensive comment. After my dog was diagnosed with a brain tumor with the neurologist she followed up to help me sort through all of the information and offered to work with the other team to provide bloodwork locally. She does NOT tolerate anything she does not want to. I started taking her to MAH when she was just over 12 weeks old, and I'm so glad I did! MAH has taken the time to get to know her and work with her, and I am forever grateful to all the staff here who treat us with such kindness and understanding. My girl needs to be sedated for even the most simple of tasks, and MAH always accommodates her and meets her where she is at. If I could rate this place a negative I would, for months now my dog has had a limp taken her to…read morethe vet multiple times since it started, each time we were told "its her age, and she's just having joint pain" they gave us a medication like ibuprofen to give to her. The limping got worse and decided to take her to a different place for a second opinion, immediately knew that she had tore her ACL and was beyond shocked that Animal health clinic did nothing to test for this the first time we brought her to them about the limping. So now because we have been told for months it's not a concern, she has a full ACL tear and got emergency surgery for something that if caught in the beginning could have possibly been aided to and resolved and she would not have been suffering in the amount of pain she has been for so long now. So to say the least I am very upset with this vet and their lack of care for my dog and just to top it off when requesting my dogs records and explaining why I am upset they said absolutely nothing, no apology, no phone call to discuss just sent the records that to me confirms that they do not truly care about the animals they are supposed to be taking car of. Be warned that you'll be sent to Urgent Care at extreme costs if your pet needs to be seen within the week. They used to see pets same day, and the people who worked there were always nice. It's changed a lot recently.
