To say they were great with my dog is an understatement. They were fantastic. They whisked him away and I found out he was going to lose his one eye. The people there are great. They're all at ease which helps keep our pups at ease. They're professional. They take time to get to know your pets and to speak with you to ensure you know what's all going on. There are chairs in the exam room for us but none for the clinical team. When they come in, including Dr. Todd, they get down on the floor to meet their patients eye-to-eye on their level. There isn't even an exam table; it's hidden away like a Murphy bed. All of these things helped our pups stay calm throughout the entire visit. Today I was blown away by their service. We were faced with a shortage of meds and the team there went above and beyond my expectations...but it seems it's just 'what they do'. They have processed in place to resolve issues with east for folks in my situation. What they do is far greater than any other vet we've used. The clinic itself it the cleanest and most well maintained I've been in. I've seen a few clinics over the years so this says a lot. But be forewarned, if you don't have pet insurance, it's costly here. Our bill for 48 hours of overnight care and multiple tests was over $5000. (fortunately we had insurance). Our dog didn't make it...and during her final moments, they offered to make a paw print. In between tears and heartbreak, we emphatically said please do. And after some time when we didn't get the paw print, I called and learned that they lost it. Something that can never be replaced. Considering the grief of losing a beloved pet, I'd expect more sensitivity and care.
