If I had to be a fan of any particualr Foever 21 store, this location would be it. They are one of the larger stores, and their plus size department is better than any other in the city of Atlanta. They have truly cute things in the larger sizes and some of the things that you'd only see on their website. The lines are gonna always be long at Forever 21, but generally I lik up with some other over 40ish lady standing their either buying cheap tanks at $2.90 each or waiting for their kid to bring their purchases up to the register. Fitting rooms ladies are still helpful and I've never had a bad customer service experience here. read more

I was ecstatic when Forever21 opened their doors in this town and am grateful that they did so but try to return an online purchase and you will often be met with a very high wall of resistance! So many online purchases are FINAL SALE and you may be lucky to get a store credit. Exchanges are possible if it's a sizing issue but try to exchange damaged goods and you are SOL my friend! The music is waaaay outa control and I'm surprised if it doesn't affect the personnel. They do mark down the merchandise so it's worth a visit but the music drives me nuts! read more

I was in dire need of new jeans and I went to go ask for some customer service. It was terrible.

I shop here for my Granddaughter And Goddaughters and they have loved everything that the young salesladies have picked out. They are a lot of help here. The store is clean, the people that work here are nice And respectful. I like that in a young lady. I love the prices. But, as far as the products I got 2 of the faux suede glen plaid trench coats in taupe/ black, in a small and medium, at cost of !44.99 But, I need one in a large Or Ex- large Or even a 1x, And can't find one anywhere. This is the cleanest store I've been to. Especially the Sale. 50% off the mark price is Amazing. I'm not sure who over sales but it looks great. Normally sales is the messiest area in any Forever 21. Especially all that I've been in. This store sale was neat, clean and I was able to shop. Honestly ever forever 21 sale should be this neat. The way the clothes are set up. Grab my attention over the entire store. It's now my go too area before anything else. read more

Appalling. The music in the store is way too loud. The people that work there often look like the just rolled out of bed. They sell damaged merchandise as new. When I went to exchange a damaged item I was told that I couldn't return it because it was damaged. After trying to explain to Krista why I was exchanging. She became hostile. Speaking with her hands, rolling her eyes. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Buyer beware. Thoroughly inspect your clothing before purchasing or you will be left on the hook. read more
