I was in the airport and I knew that I would need a pair of gloves and as I had never really owned a pair living in Miami my whole life I walked into this store hoping they had some. I asked one of the store associates if they had any gloves for sale and they did.... thank goodness! Even better, they were on sale and got them for less than $30. He could have told me $100 I don't friggin know anything about buying gloves and considering how cold it was going to be I probably would have bought them. The associate was nice... he wanted to make sure my gloves fit and once we found they did, he rung me up and I was on my way. This purchase was well worth it. When I was experiencing those cold days and even colder nights and my coworker without gloves was putting his hands in his pockets in a futile attempt to keep them warm, I was thankful to have bought my gloves at exoffico.

I saw a bunch of items like mugs, key chains, t-shirts and sweatshirts with Atlanta logos, as well as several Atlanta sports franchise items. In terms of college merchandise, I saw a lot of University of Georgia items (which is actually located in Athens, GA, not in Atlanta) and ZERO merchandise for Georgia Tech, Emory, Morehouse or Georgia State University (which are some of the major universities in Atlanta). I was really upset about that...... so I asked the sales clerk if they had any GA Tech items in the back, she said NO. Only UGA. I said to her...I went to Tech, so as a good Yellow Jacket, I was not going to buy anything with a UGA Bulldog logo....LOL....

Getting to the mall I knew it was going to be crazy as the parking lot was loaded. For a mall that doesn't have that many stores, it was loaded. As always, somehow, I ended up spending money. lol. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.

I always enjoy Greenbriar Mall, but I also know what to expect. It's an older mall, with mainly…read moreunique storefronts, bordered with stores only accessible from the outside, like Citi Trends and a large beauty supply. There are no major anchor stores remaining at Greenbriar. I used to visit for the Macy's but it has been closed a few years now. That said there are still some major retailers, like Kids Footlocker. I always visit Greenbriar in December because they are guaranteed to have a Black Santa Claus for my children to take pictures with. At that time of year, I find that the Footlocker stores consistently have GREAT deals. It's almost like they are giving the clothes away! Aside from the major retailers, there are lots of one-off stores that sell unique clothing should you be looking for a special item, costume, or clothes your preteen/teenager will like. There is also a great shop where you can get thinks embroidered or get shirts made. The food court is a whole experience! It has none of the usual suspects but plenty of places I'd like to try. There are is a common cookie retailer near the food court and a Piccadilly near one of the main entrances if you want a sit down meal. Long story short: if you're looking for an experience or for a unique gift with nothing specific in mind (or a Black Santa in December), Greenbriar is your place! You're guaranteed to discover something new there.

The no exchanges and refunds is stated upon purchase and there's signs in the store- keep in mind this is a small business, not a corporation or franchise like forever 21, Macy's, or another store that has a different type of insurance and therefore different type of return policy. The owner himself doesn't manufacture the shoes or the clothes, he buys wholesale just like everyone else. He's not responsible for the shoes falling apart. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacture who could possibly replace them for you or at minimum offer to repair them free of charge. I informed her that I had never had any issues in the past ever as that's where I now keep my receipts instead of a bunch of paper piling up. Today is Tuesday & sad I had to email the receipt to myself, printed the receipt out & made a darn 2nd attempt to return these items and this time...she let me slide and advised that "I'm going to do it as a courtesy THIS TIME but, moving forward keep your receipt." This lady went on & on about this is their new policy, keep your receipt for Ross as this will not be accepted next time. I was seen DEMEKA by the second time I had to return and not only did I see her avoid someone in the return line, making me to believe the same would be done to me. I proceeded to stand in the purchase line, after her telling me I could've stood in the return line. However, that isn't what prompted me to leave this review. Today I came in to return the sweaters for LAST time because though we tried them on in store over our clothes the items still didn't work out. ALSO, the return/ exchange cashier, DEMEKA TOOK SEVERAL CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME (the ONLY person in the return line), then I had to run back to the car to get my ID. When I came back she had another person waiting in the return line while she took a purchase with a basket full of clothes, while we waited 4 people accumulated in the line behind me. DEALING with younger boys I wasn't even able to get my items refunded back to my account, because they threw away the receipt and one brother popped the tag. So now I have store credit to a store that NEVER HAS THE FITTING ROOM OPEN!!!! I am disgusted by the lack of communication, because I called you all to check about the return!
