Went here this morning for the first time to do an in store pickup. On the outside of the store it said "online pickup at register on the first floor". I waited in line at the downstairs register just for them to tell me it's upstairs where you have to pickup the item. I went upstairs and there was a long line and now they accept SHEIN returns. The people ahead of me had 20+ items from SHEIN to return and there was only one employee working the register. There was another employee on her personal phone and another employee just moving clothes from one rack to the next. None of the other employees got on the register to make the line move faster. I will not be ordering/buying or doing online pickups from here again. read more

Came here to see if they had these initial necklaces I saw on their website - I was interested in at least 5 necklaces. This store is not organized very well and their jewelry section was lacking. Things were all over the place and there was very little stock. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a single necklace with my initial, J on it. If you're looking for a Q though, you're in luck then. I was able to buy this moon and stars necklace and earring set for $7 that I was happy with. read more

This is the store to come to when you know you want to shop, but don't know exactly what you're looking for. From basics to the trendiest styles, from accessories to lingerie, they've got it all. This 2 story library of style usually looks like a tornado hit it, but rarely disappoints when it comes to selection. They've got men's, women's, and even plus sizes in stock for the every day shopper. The top floor is the Heritage brand, women's sportswear and basics, as well as men's stuff while the bottom floor is stuffed with new trends, flashy dresses, cute lingerie, plus sizes, and even a corner completely dedicated to sale items! This time around I found a gorgeous burlesque type dress with a halter corset type top with hook and eye closures all the way down the front with a skirted bottom for a mere $26! It came in two colors: hunter green and soft coral. I opted for the coral one though. Even while I was in the long line for checkout, a mother brought the green one to show her daughter and I told her she should get it because it looks even cuter on.They did end up snagging it as well in the hunter green. I'm falling in love with Forever 21 all over again and it's all thanks to this store! read more

I do like this store, wholeheartedly. But the set up is completely overwhelming. Usually it is a hugeeeee MESS in here. Seems as if they NEVER have enough staff to keep it looking tidy. They NEVER have open the 2nd floor dressing rooms or registers... which to me completely defeats the purpose of them having them at all. The jewelry section is a hot mess! But when you can get past all fo that, and find something that you want, standing in a long behind line for about 10 15 minutes seems worth it, a little bit. read more

Forever 21 is one of my guilty pleasures. And I don't even feel all that guilty about it anymore with ultra-chic fashion bloggers like Fashiontoast and Kansas Couture crediting the L.A.-based discount apparel company on the regular for their bargain finds. So you can imagine my discontent when the original Cherry Hill location shut its doors. But you can't even begin to imagine my excitement when weeks later a bigger, better replacement opened up shop under the moniker XXI that featured all the brands under the Forever 21 umbrella in a warehouse-sized space with two floors. Seriously, you can't imagine it. My "EEP!" was uttered at a frequency only pups and very small children can hear. Some amazing recent finds: magenta tap pants, silk trousers, cotton Ikat sundress, cheap-o sunnies, high-waisted sailor shorts, sequin vest, studded gladiator sandals, etc. There are natural fibers here folks if you're willing to check some tags. XXI is my new favorite stop to source trendy items to introduce to my otherwise classic (read: boring) wardrobe. read more

This location is a consistent mess. Merchandise is strewn everywhere, place is filthy. Everything from spilled drink cups on shelving with their contents soaked into merchandise to sunglasses and shoes littering the checkout area. There's dust and grime on the steps to the upstairs. Checkout is always a long line. Same for fitting rooms. Very difficult to find anything. read more

Everything is always a mess. Asking about a jacket the associate was extremely unhelpful, and the manager even more so. Very rude.

Forever 21 is a great place to go for trendy pieces that you don't want to spend a fortune on since they'll be out of style soon. The bigger, better Forever 21 opened across the hall from its old haunt and its 1000x better. Two floors with mens and childrens apparel, and much more space between racks = a much better experience. It's usually PACKED, so I like going on Monday and Tuesday nights when it's pretty dead. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and a group of kindergarteners would probably run the store better, but what can you do. The lines are usually long but move quickly. The one major downside is that they can't take things off mannequinns for you to purchase. And they won't even apologize or help you look for it - you're lucky if you get a "Naw, can't do." But the pros outweigh the cons, and it's a great place to hit up. It takes some patience to really browse the racks, but I've gotten amazing buys here, like a beautiful maxi dress I wore to a black tie wedding that every was sure I'd paid dearly for! read more

Every employee I have encountered at this location has been rude and unhelpful. They often roll their eyes at customers and ignore those who need help. If it weren't for the employees, I would shop at Forever 21. However, I cannot stand seeing these nasty, rude excuses for a customer service team. read more

Horrible store. Brand new items strewn on the floor, so much so you have to be careful where you walk. Rude, ignorant employee who are unwilling to help. Acting as if the customer doesn't belong there. Oh! and they walk right into you and don't have the courtesy to apologize. I'm a long time shopper at the Deptford store, but never returning. I ordered 5 shirts off the website. 2 out of 5 shirts were made out of a material that not only made me break out but also dyed my skin!! The shirts were dark and colorful and it took days to get the dye out and off of my skin. I tried to return within 2 weeks of my purchase and management said I was not able to because what I purchased online said "final sale". I understand that the shirts were cheap enough but considering the circumstances I'd think she would have tried to accommodate the customer. I also had called the customer service number and the gentleman I spoke with was very rude and also said I was pretty much out of luck and he couldn't help me and it was my loss. Thanks for posting me off to extent of blasting this review on every website and reporting to BBB. Bad feanchise/business! Usually when I come to this Forever 21 location, every staff member is accommodating and kind. Today when I went in, many of the staff members were preoccupied, speaking to each other and hanging out instead of working. I stood outside of the dressing room for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me and let me in (mind there were about 5 or 6 staff members huddled in a circle chatting in the fitting room area). No one came and helped me, so I just let myself in to one of the open rooms. I am really not one to get upset about this kind of stuff, but no one asked if I was okay or needed help, and when I asked for someone to let me in the fitting room, they glanced at me and ignored me. I shopped the Cherry Hill location a few weeks ago as I was looking for some quick finds for my niece's beach vacation. I was totally turned off when a customer and sales associate got into a loud verbal altercation. Customers are customers so what the hell. However, I couldn't believe the employee would stoop to such a level and in front of a store full of customers. I will never shop there again.
