Before my first experience with them, I called and asked if a pendant I had could be repaired and the response was "if it can be done, he can do it" and it's very true. I was so pleased with the results we came back! This time we brought in generations of jewelry, and Megan went through it all with us. Taking her time to explain what each metal was and the pros and cons of re-using the metal portions of the pieces we brought in. She also went through the stones, testing them and providing some background on their strengths and weaknesses (opals, weak little devils!) Forever Diamonds & More helped us in the decision making process with respect to design and gemstone reuse. Megan provided us all the sizing details to make the best looking and fitting final product. Many of the stones we brought in were reused and they created beautiful His and Hers channel set diamond bands for our 25th anniversary, they are gorgeous! I cannot highly recommend them enough. For my birthday this year my husband gifted me a redesign of my wedding set. I loved the original but after 8 years it had become too small and the tulip setting was clunky. After some research I came across Forever Diamonds. Their website mentioned their custom design process: Process to Design 1. Design Collaboration- Collaborate and discuss Design with our Forever Diamonds design team. During consult, we will visualize your piece with high resolution 3D renderings, and adjust every detail until you tell us it's perfect. 2. See it come to life- Casting in-house also allows us to show real life size wax and resin prints of your custom design. See your Idea come to life and make sure its exactly what your imagining. 3. Treasure your Jewelry- Receive your custom piece In 3-4 weeks with the assurance it's been made with the best materials, meeting the highest standards in the Jewelry industry . I was excited for this process especially the "real life size wax resin print". Right away Jonathon welcomed us and made us feel at ease. I showed him some pictures, I discussed what I didn't like about my current ring and how SIZING was a current issue. He measured my current ring and agreed that it was too small. We agreed on a size and design and he got to work. Now here is where I experienced some issues: 1. He didn't loop my ring. My husband and I are new to this process so we just got excited about it and left the ring. But after speaking to a friend, they mentioned how it is common practice for jewelers to ask for certification on a diamond or at least inform you about the looping process. We didn't receive that. However we did have certifications and paper work showing specific unique markings on my diamond. So we decided to bring them in once the ring was complete. 2. A couple days later After seeing the 3d rendering we receive a call to come in and see the "life size" wax resin print of our design. It was pretty neat to see the design however it was not life size.. it was tiny it didn't fit so I wasn't able to see how the style would fit my hand. It was just a purple tiny shell.. however I trusted the 3D rendering and Jonathon so we agreed to the design. Although I grew concerned about sizing at this point. 3. About two weeks in a half later we get a call to pick up the ring! Which was a pretty quick. And of course my concerns came to life. The ring was accidentally made the size of my old ring. So Jonathon had wrote down the wrong size.. at first I didn't notice because I was so excited but my husband noticed and asked to measure it and that's how we knew. Jonathan sized me again and agreed to to take the 4 1/2 size ring to a 5. We leave the ring for another couple days. 4. At this point the excitement has dwindled.. the ring and craftsmanship is beautiful don't get me wrong but all this back and forth has become annoying. So I go to pick up my ring I decide to wear it for a week. I started to notice that at the end of the day it was no longer comfortable to wear. But how can this be Jonathan said he took it up to a 5? Out of curiosity I take it a Macy's jewelry stand to get it sized and sure enough it's not a size 5 ring it's about 4 3/4. 5. At this point I'm annoyed but remains positive that forever Diamonds will come through. I go in and tell Jonathan that the ring is still too small. I make him measure and yep sure enough he knows what I know that the ring was NOT taken up to a 5. I decide that a 5 actually would still be too small, since the Macys jeweler sized me and agreed that I was a 5 1/2. Jonathon agrees to take the ring back and resize again at no cost. 6. A week later we get a call that the ring is ready. They close early on Mondays so I decide I'd stop by on A Tuesday when they're suppose to be open until 7pm. We get there at 6:40 pm and they're closed! 7. When I finally pick up my ring I'm excited all over again and it actually fit! However after wearing it for a couple days I noticed that the bottom of the diamond isn't fully flushed so the pointy parts of the accent diamonds stick out but at this point I'm over it since it doesn't bother me much. I added some resin to the bottom to stop it from scratching me and that did the trick. My husband did ask if I wanted a band but I decided after all the back and forth with Forever Diamonds I would hold off and find a different jeweler. Moral of the story Jonathon does great work at a reasonable price for a small shop. However, communication seems to be an issue here especially when you're dealing with high priced one of a kind valuable items. read more

My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary this year. To honor our marriage and life together we decided we would upgrade my wife's wedding rings. We did a lot of shopping/research and visited a number of jewelers in the area. We had a general design in mind, and discussed the concept with some of the jewelers we had visited earlier in the process. We reviewed their designs and price proposals. We decided to go with Megan and Jonathan at Forever Diamonds & more. We were impressed with their design and felt a good connection with them. Megan brought in a number of center diamond for us to review and make selection to build the rings around. All the diamonds were of top quality.  Some of the other factors were Megan and Jonathan own the business and are hands on with the custom design of the rings. The craftmanship/production are all done in house. Megan and Jonathan also walked us through the process of how they would make our rings. It gave us a better appreciation of the skills and attention to details involved in making these rings. It also made the process more personal and fulfilling for us. We also found them to be very easy to work with and price completive. The entire process took about six weeks. The rings are just beautiful and we are thrilled with the results.
