He really knew his crafts well. Service was efficient, and Michael even put my watches in a nice pouch. They provided 1-year warranty for batteries. He mentioned that even if we lost the receipt, they would still honor the warranty because they put dates on the batteries. How smart! I had been here years ago and didn't think twice about coming back. It's just that I hadn't wear watches that need batteries for a long time. Will be back again for sure, though.
