I came in to get my ring resized. I had some worries thinking the small diamonds on the band would fall off after sizing down a much smaller size but I was rest assured that they always tighten each stone before handing back your ring. Eliana was very professional and super friendly, and offered to get my ring checked for a couple prongs I have felt that puckered up. They buffed down my ring right away and cleaned it as well. I was so impressed and pleased. (At no cost) There was a gentleman and a couple ladies working there that were helpful and very friendly. I decided to go home and think about it, and thought how comfortable I was going in Geoffrey's Diamond store, I did not get any judgmental vibe, nor was I ever rushed at all, and Eliana was nice enough to show me some pieces I was curious about while waiting on my ring inspection. I called a couple hours later just to come right back and get my ring resized! I even called the next day because I really wanted them to add on the notes to recheck each stones to make sure they are not lose, even though I was told they will automatically do that, but they were nice to put it in notes and it gave me much peace of mind. Also I had to remind them to leave the special engraving my partner put inside the ring. I was told it will take 2 weeks until it's ready, but it was ready in just a week. So fast! I came in because I needed my gold chain repaired. The service here is impeccable, they definitely take the time to answer all your questions and they even told me about things that I was unaware of when it comes to taking care of and wearing jewelry. After about a 30 minute conversation I decided to leave my necklace in their good hands. They told me the repair would take about 3 weeks as they are super busy. 2 weeks later I got a call to tell me the work was completed. Today i came in to pick up my necklace, I was again greeted with smiles and great service, after I inspected my necklace the employee asked if I wanted my wedding band polished or to give it a satin finish as I was putting the band on my necklace. I asked him for his input and he felt that it would looked better polished but if I didn't like it then he would have the satin finish put on it. Well I must say he was right... it looked wonderful just polished. After all was said and done I walked out of Geoffrey's feeling like I was well taken care of. We clearly communicated that we needed them by mid-November for our overseas wedding and placed the order with a deposit, feeling relieved to check off a major task. A few days later, Eliana (our main rep) called to inform us that my husband's band wasn't available in size 6.5 and a custom order would take 8-10 weeks. This was frustrating because it wasn't mentioned when we placed the order. Had we known, we would have chosen a different option. My husband was away on a work trip, so I returned to the store alone. It was busy, and another associate helped me. After explaining the situation, I was told the ring could still arrive before our trip for an extra $200, so I agreed to proceed with customization. After that, there was no follow-up, and we assumed everything was handled. By late October/early November, we still hadn't heard anything. When I called, I learned my band had been ready for a while, but my husband's was not. I was surprised no one notified me, and we grew anxious about timing. When we picked up my ring, Eliana reiterated the 8-10 week timeline and insisted we had been told this from the start, offering no solution. Multiple calls later, the same response continued, leaving us disappointed and feeling blamed. Thankfully, Jillian stepped in. Though not our main rep, she was proactive and offered a temporary band for my husband at no cost so we'd have something for the wedding. She also apologized for the miscommunication. We truly appreciated her effort because we had seen this as a communication issue from the start, not anyone's fault. In contrast, our main rep's response felt defensive and, frankly, infuriating.
