The workouts have kicked my butt (in a good way) but my favorite part is the community. I was scared at first about being a newbie since everyone seemed so tight but I feel like I'm definitely a part of the community now. The staff and all the members genuinely care about you and your progress. They provide motivation, guidance, and nutrition advice too. Burn takes COVID precautions seriously and ensures everyone wears masks inside and stays socially distant. There's lots of hand sanitizer available, as well. They also have Zoom options available for every workout that are wonderful and still very engaging. I can already see the progress after spending 2 months at Burn. The workouts challenge me in different ways, and I've truly loved the different camps available. To further explain, each camp is 45 minutes long and is completed as a group with an instructor leading. There are several different camp times available throughout the day. When i signed up for the boot camp I thought that I would be able to do two classes but not a chance. Once you are done with one of these classes there is no way for me at least that I could do another 1 right behind it. Additionally one thing that I really love about the fit body bootcamp is that not only do they keep you motivated they also come over and physically show you how to do each 1 of the exercises even after they have demonstrated it beginning of Class. I wish that this is something that I could do all of the time because it is very motivational and it keeps you on your toes and you don't get bored ever. When a friend recently invited myself and my colleague (the owner of the studio where I work) to participate in a private training session, we took advantage of it. We agreed that it was one of the best workouts we had done. We returned the following week to attend a group class. Having trained at Barwis on two occasions, to say that we were impressed is an understatement. We found a fitness facility that can supplement our martial arts training, and get us in amazing shape. First of all, the facility is clean and stocked with state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Weight machines, battle ropes, bands, hurdles, Swiss balls, boxes (for jumping), treadmills, slam balls...you name it, they have it. There is a turf field that runs the length of the facility; I believe it is 100 yards long, perhaps even longer. Second, the trainers are straightforward, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I found this to be true during both private and group sessions. Third, the workout is intense and results-yielding. I have never participated in an hour-long exercise regimen that hit all muscle groups. The soreness lasted for a few days, and short-term results were immediately noticeable. I am looking forward to the longer-term results! In short, Barwis is a state-of-the-art facility with top-notch instructors. If you want results, choose Barwis.

The facility does make any consideration for cancelation on medical grounds. They continue to charge with a month membership when the member decides to cancel and even when the member has not used their services. They are very nice and kind as long as you are a member but make it very difficult when you want to cancel especially like in my case, when there is a suddden medical emergency. I liked their classes and hoped to come back after my recovery but the experience when I decided to leave, will not make me come back at this location again! - Inara

This schedule was not up to date so no one was there. Called three more times with no call backs. I understand that studios don't have people at a front desk at all hours like large gyms, but they need someone to check messages if they want new clients!! I'll now have to call groupon to argue to get a refund.
