PR Fitness is a spin-off of Running Fit's 501 Runner's group, and is intended to help endurance athletes train for Personal Records in triathlons, marathons, etc. PR Fitness' current group run business model is that all runs are free and on a drop-in basis, making it a wonderful and cheap way to enjoy distance running in a group setting. The founders are very open and communicative, offering training advice on the runs. They also offer paid training consultation sessions. Longer runs are generally mapped out with rest stations (water, gatorade), every couple of miles; runners set their own pace at whatever rate they're comfortable with. The Saturday morning sessions are well organized and offer a convenient venue to long distance train in a group setting. The weekday runs occur after 6, and are shorter in distance. Overall, PR Fitness has gotten off to a great start, developing a set of followers passionate about fitness and record setting, while still maintaining a Beginner Friendly vibe.

If you like classes there are tons of them. It's so convenient for me since I live by Woodbury Gardens nearby. I get a 15% discount as a resident of Woodbury Gardens and pay on a quarterly basis so get another discount. It's a little less than $40/month for the basic membership with 3 classes a week for me. I think month to month without discount it's around $50. Another reason why it's great - 3N1 is a locally owned business, not a chain. Co owners Eddie and Bonnye are there every day working the front desk, leading classes, and doing personal training. Feels good to know your money is staying in the community.

I've been training with Andrew now for years. I first started seeing him when I needed help continuing with my weight loss and strength training. As a patient with heart disease he did a wonderful job of challenging me without pushing my limits. Workouts are always different, fun, and a great pace. His knowledge of nutrition, fitness, science, and his dedication to expanding this knowledge has made him an amazing diverse trainer.
