My primary doctor recommended Forever Fit for a chronic neck pain I've been nursing for several years. I've been to other pain management facilities and while good in their own practice for me coming to Forever Fit in Burtonsville feels like home. I've been coming to Forever Fit off and on for 6 months (between 2017 & 2018). The Physical therapist (Erika) is an absolute Godsend; she is the sweatiest, nicest, well educated, well informed therapist I know. She is thoroughly concerned with her patients well being and quick recovery, ensuring they have complete understanding of the issues, the proposed treatment plan, backed by the medical philosophy to support it. The Technicians are knowledgeable, they can't do enough to make you comfortable and vigilant to ensure you are doing your exercises correctly. I highly recommend this practice. read more

The therapists at Forever Fit in Burtonsville, MD are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They pay attention to details, are willing to consult each other and will have a patient see other PTs in the practice for their expertise, all of which is fantastic. I was under Lala, Ciara, and Krista's care and all were wonderful. Krista, the owner, takes a personal interest in all the patients and is a mentor to the PTs. While I was a patient I could call or email my PT and receive advice. Several weeks after I was released I received an email from Forever Fit to see how I was doing, and was offered a followup appointment so that I could continue to progress. I came to Forever Fit after a car accident that left me with; neck, shoulder, and back pain. I chose this location even though I live in Baltimore because my wife works down the street. My wife had gotten off for summer before I started my first session. I had considered changing to a closer location, but because I feel that Lala is very professional and patient with me and my limited mobility, that was the deciding factor. In the 2 weeks I've been going I have had marked improvement in pain and mobility. If I were paralyzed God forbid, I would somehow find a way to get to Anne at Forever Fit in Burtonsville because I know that somehow miraculously she will get me back to walking and living a healthy pain free life. This is the second time I came to Anne, this time with a meniscus tear. I literally had a swollen tennis ball on the lateral side of my knee and it hurt so bad I just wanted to have an arthroscopic done and get it over with. 3 different orthopedic surgeons were telling me to do so after a month of dealing with the pain and inflammation. I feel that she went above and beyond my expectations to individualize my care. This was not my first time using their services . Most recently I spent about three months in Physical Therapy with Therapist Anne Coakley. . Anne was great she is defiantly a hands on Therapist which was great, I was there to increase mobility from having back surgery in the fall. I was experiencing pins and needles in my hip. Anne was immediately able to determine the issue and begin working towards alleviating it She taught me how to sit properly and stretch out the areas causing the problem. She e-mailed exercises to do at home and made sure I understood how to do them properly. After I stopped going into the office, she contacted me to make sure I was still feeling better. Erika has been my physical therapist for over 3 years. She has helped me through several problems. Every treatment is thorough and effective. For each problem I've encountered, I have had an excellent outcome. Although the clinic has an open setting, Erika is extremely attentive, a great diagnostician, a wonderful listener, and utilizes her many skills to address a problem. Was referred for lower back strain, it was so bad I could not sleep. Sara assessed the problems and began an extremely successful rehab. She is the best! Extremely knowledgeable, listens to your issues, and maps out a recovery plan. She explained why we did each exercise and what the benefit was. I fell down on the stairs at home and broke my shoulder blade for 7mm and started PT here. wonderful PT session with Erika, she has the best dry needles technic and I was able to raise my arm again in third session! Had a good experience at Forever Fit for my lower back pain. Both the PT's and the associated staff were all respectful and patient. Overall my pain level is much improved and I have many home workouts in order to improve my condition in the long run. While they do have an 'open' floorplan, I adjusted to this fairly quickly and personally do not see it as an issue. read more
