They are humble, deliver genuine customer service, great follow-up phone calls on status of my order, and my end products came out looking very nice and professional. Well to being I payed express shipping and got the engraved bracelet later than expected. My main argument is the bracelet looked really cheap. The "engraved" part looks like a stencil and was just stuck on there like a sticker. I never could get ahold of the place I called over ten times on different occasion making sure I was calling during store hours. Horrible service and a super cheap product. I ordered two engraved titanium rings. Not only did I receive them within two days after calling and requesting rush delivery (from CA to NJ not including the day I ordered the rings, which was on a weekday), but they also were able to engrave longer lines than anyone else for significantly less money and equal quality. I wasn't sure at first because their prices seemed too good to be true and they were the only company I could find that allowed you to engrave more than 20 characters. But man, I am glad I took the chance. They created exactly what I wanted and the rings fit perfectly. It makes me wonder why on earth everyone else says that the maximum character limit is 20 when it is clearly possible to engrave 28 and still be legible and correctly sized for the font on a size 6 ring. Tldr; don't waste money and time or limit your engraving options anywhere else. 100% recommend. read more

Did not follow instructions. I ordered 2 keychains with engraving on front and back, they arrived quickly and were beautiful. I was so impressed,I placed another order for another keychain w/engraving on the front and back. I received the item in good time, BUT ALL the engraving was on the front,which looked weird because of the sentiment expressed. When I contacted them i was asked for a picture of the item, so I immediately sent one. Then I was told that there is an additional charge for the back side engraving and if I wanted a prop replacement i needed to pay the additional charge and it would be sent. I explained I had placed and order a week before for almost identical items and was not charge or informed of an additional charge and was told , they had" made an exception" on that order.... I placed it online no additional charge was added.???? If there was an additional charge due shouldn't they contact the customer rather than complete the item wrong? I would have paid the charge, but now I have an item I cannot give 4 days before the event I needed it for and I refuse to pay an additional fee and expedited shipping to get what I ordered to begin with. Highly disappointed in the customer care team and quality control of this company. I ordered a Black Enamel Plated Tungsten ID Bracelet for my husband, engraved with the name, date, and company of his battle buddy that he lost overseas. The bracelet was advertised as black and the photo online was clearly of black metal, which is why I ordered it. I received the item, and it is gun metal. If you are familiar with black jewelry at all, you would know that there is a huge difference between black and gun metal. I emailed them and and received nothing more than an, "oh well, there's nothing we can do". While I understand that because it was personalized, I'm unable to return it, their refusal to acknowledge that the product advertised online is clearly different from the item they sent me, is what angers me the most. The only thing they were able to tell me was that they compared it to their other "gun metal" products, and they are different. You can take a look at the photos and see that they are different. I'm very disappointed in the way they handled this, especially for an item as significant as this one was for my husband. This was my first transaction with this company and it will be my last. I ordered 35 engraved pocket knives for my employees for Christmas. The on-line ordering process was easy but I had some additional questions so I called. The representative was extremely helpful and helped me complete my order. The next day I received an email confirmation that the order had been completed and shipped! Unfortunately, there was a problem with USPS, due to no fault of Forever Gifts, and the order never arrived. I emailed Forever Gifts and got an immediate reply that they would resend the order, which they did. The pocket knives arrived in time for our Christmas party so I could give them to my staff. The knives were beautifully engraved, in individual little boxes, and were very much appreciated by the recipients. They were very good quality, an excellent value and, again, the personal customer service was the kind you can hardly find any more -- real customer service with 100% satisfaction!
