Unprofessional. Sloppy Work. Uneven. They confirmed a time to install then I had to reach out to them to confirm it was for Wednesday (what they told me), and they said it wouldn't be ready until Friday....I would have never known this unless I (the client) had reached out to them and asked. No communication. If I hadn't reached out I would have taken off work for nothing just sitting around for them to show up. Once they arrived on Friday to install the gate and fence, it didn't align and the spaces were uneven. They tried to make excuses and say "it's supposed to be like that" but my husband is a contractor and knows better and measured himself. I don't think they are used to homeowners correcting their work like my husband did. They agreed to take the fence back and make it more even but with a huge attitude! UNPROFESSIONSAL! - Especially since it was their fault. I get a text a few days later saying they would be at my house in a few hours to install it. No heads up prior to that day. Do they expect me to just be home waiting around? I had to work! I told them I wouldn't be available and we need to schedule the installation. They were (again) VERY short with me. Installation day came. Still not 100% aligned. It is what it is. Rude. Unprofessional, No communication. Look elsewhere. read more

Two weeks ago Kefren's crew installed about 80 feet of wrought iron fence on top of a short block wall along my backyard property line. It looks great. I worked with Kefren on the design and configuration I wanted and he was able to accommodate my needs. I recently completed a front yard landscaping project and needed custom metal fencing. I knew what I wanted (a specific design in aluminum) and got a few estimates. There was a little miscommunication about the type of fencing (aluminum vs aluminum coated iron) but once that was clearly up, everything went smoothly. A quick background about the project so you have a good representation of how well the project went... We were looking to replace our existing front gate and had taken interest in some ranch "rail type" gates we found on line. Hard to imagine but we came to realize that style of gate was, by and large, only made and produced in England. So, we decided to send that picture around to several contractors on Yelp and see who could help us out. A couple contractors responded, including Kefren, and he proposed to meet that day, to come by for an appointment. (I've attached the picture of the gate we sent him that we had screenshot from a website). Kefren came to see the job site and run several measurements. I received the quote (very reasonable) just a couple days later and we agreed to move forward. The finished product was absolutely perfect, per the specifications that we had agreed too. *** THIS IS THE PART WHERE HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND *** It turns out that we needed a modification to the gate, not his fault, to make it work for our aesthetics. It required an additional piece of metal to be welded to the gate and of course, to be finished and polished with the same paint, etc. Although he has a busy schedule he was able to get his foreman over to the house and within just a couple days it was complete and looks absolutely beautiful. We heard about this company from some friends who had their stair railing done by them. I wanted to do a little research first so I reached out to four other companies for a quote and they were over the top expensive. Kefren ended up giving me the best quote which worked out because I wanted to use their company to begin with. We wanted to have wrought iron decorative doors installed in 3 opening in our home, the old doors were warping and bowing and we wanted something that added a little more charm to our house.
