Went here for the first time today so that my daughter could get her nails done. We were a walk in and it was going to be 45 minutes until my daughter could be seen. Because we were on a time crunch we said thank you and left. One of the ladies ended up running out after and told us they could take her. Really nice of them to accommodate! The lady doing my daughter's nails was quiet. My daughter is super shy so she didn't say much either lol. What was off putting though was that the person working at the next station over had a potty mouth. I mean I'm not an angel I do swear from time to time but she kept saying cuss words and I'm like dude, do you not see my daughter next to you. My daughter is 11 and yes I know I can't shield her from those things and I know she's heard those words before but it was too much for the setting. Not professional whatsoever. Her client wasn't even speaking that way. Then another employee walks in later and takes a personal call and starts saying bitch to whomever she was speaking to on the phone. Apparently that's how she addresses that person. Overall my daughter was happy with how her nails turned out. I didn't like that they don't take credit card though. My daughter didn't like the vibe with all of the cussing and doesn't want to go back there. She said she didn't feel comfortable. I didn't care for it either. I mean I will say that the employees seem to know their regular clients well which is always a nice thing but the cussing just wasn't professional in my opinion. read more

I came here because of the good reviews but I was highly disappointed. I was a walk in and asked if they had time for a new set (had one hour only of time) and told them if not I can come back but they said yes. When I sat I still asked if I would be out in an hour and she reassured me yes. I am assuming I got the newbie because she didn't talk much and she was extremely slow (which I understand being new) but maybe let me know before hand so I can decide if to stay or not. She took longer and I had to leave so I told her do one coat only it's fine. Unfortunately the nail job was HORRIBLE! They were lumpy, thick, sharp edges uneven and different lengths. I literally went somewhere else later to get them fixed because I couldn't even text with those things and they told me it looked like someone that is new at nails or just not good. . I decided to give them another chance after my first full set because I liked the nails only major complaints was they were all really bumpy, sharp and didn't fully cover the nail with the powder. I still left a $20 tip. Well my next set was worse!! Uneven sizes, thickness, painted my real nail because the nail size was off. Day 3 the gel started peeling off on multiple nails. I grabbed some clear gel and painted over one nail to stop it from peeling but you still could see the crack. 2 starts for friendly service. I had a different girl each time. This was my second time trying this place. The first time was upsetting because I was charged $60 for a basic manicure no acrylic or gel and no polish with a basic pedicure. Everyone is super nice in there and i figured prices went up due to covid so i dealt with it. This time I went in for a fill and pedicure. I wanted to like these but when I got home and my husband saw them his words were "omg what happened?" The polish is not even on any finger except the thumb and the foil flakes were thrown on sloppily and looks nothing like the photo i showed her. When I got home i noticed the sides of several nails were left unfinished and jagged so I had to use a file to smooth them down along with the tips of the nails which were left very sharp. I came in and they knew right away my name and had me wash my hands before sitting down :) Na is the lady that helped me. She was nice and sweet. It was a bit pricier than what I usually spend (the reason I did not get a pedicure also.) 2 things I would change would be: wish the chairs were cleaner and also I wish they accepted debit/credit cards. I'd like to give 3.5 stars. I got the deluxe pedicure. It seemed very rushed. I definitely did not receive the promised 10-minute massage, which is the only reason I chose deluxe. The deluxe is $40. I got my nails painted one basic gel color and had some stickers put on my big toe. She said she charged me extra because my toes already had gel on it. Don't most people have their previous pedi still on when they come in? Total came to $70. I like my nails, but I did leave feeling overcharged and taken advantage of. I also got a fill for the acrylic on my natural nails. No cut and no kept the same shape. I chose 2 colors for my nails and had stickers added to 2 nails on each hand. She didn't rush as much during my nails. Total was $60. $130 for a basic fill and gel pedi was unreasonable. You can get the same quality work for much cheaper. Thuy is awesome with her designs. Today was my second time working with her. She previously did a gel manicure with a marble design. She can copy a nail design perfectly from a picture and is great at creating her own designs. I love that she is hilarious. Today was my first time getting an acrylic set. Thuy was super patient with me asking her a billion questions about the process of applying acrylic. I can't wait to go back in three weeks. I had a gel manicure and pedicure, my nails started chipping/lifting within a couple of days (came completely off within a week) and my toe polish was lumpy, lifting and uneven. I reached out to the salon and they were really kind and quick to fit me in to fix the issue. Unfortunately, two Days after "fixing" (repainting hands and toes with fresh gel) same issue. Looks like they paint way too close to the cuticle and the polish quality isn't great. I really like the friendly staff and calm atmosphere here; however I didn't enjoy my nails so much. On this visit I wanted simple white gel nails with a new shape. My middle nail messed up before leaving the shop & the lady only put a clear coat over the smug and My thumb nail on the same hand chipped within 30 minutes of leaving the shop. I was also charged for an extra nail because I wanted a new shape and the lady forget and started filling a different shape, so she had to put a new nail on. I was charged for her mistake even after I told her two times that I wanted a new nail shape.
