I had a very positive experience working with Carl and also Debbie Myers; I even briefly met the store's owner. We examined the 'estate jewelry' selection, which was quite nice. These are previously owned pieces that are made available for sale. I felt that we purchased an attractive piece of jewelry at a reasonable price. The store also provided appraisal services for insurance purposes. If you are shopping for jewelry, I would recommend that you stop by and review what the store has to offer. That exclaims to have been established Since 1995. I entered this location at approximately 12:45 pm. I've previously visited the jewelers before and asked for my jewelry to be cleaned. In a result to this particular event my (Tiffany Graduated Silver Ball Necklace) was damaged by an employee named Ron. He showed empathy once he returned from cleaning , with a hand full of dismantled unstrung silver pearl Balls which once formed my beautiful Necklace. I was devastated and heartbroken , Ron stated he could repair my necklace with confidence, he delivered but unfortunately I would be responsible for a $30 dollar fee once my Necklace repair was completed. So due to a reoccurrence of my Necklace becoming unattached again. I visited the jewelry store on Saturday to ask if my Necklace could be repaired . Willing to pay whatever it cost. I approached an associate upon entering the establishment he asked me politely could he help me. I stated my concerns then an employee who had overheard my conversation whom was supposedly the manger. Approached me expressed openly by displaying extreme aggression with arrogance while engaging negatively towards me trying to provoke an argument He shouted at me responding to me that we will not repair your necklace! I'm a true believer in excellent customer service and in this case the manager inverted by delivering violent behavior!

I would not recommend this jeweler for platinum resizing or repairs. After having my engagement…read morering resized, the shank was left noticeably too thin, which compromised the integrity of the ring. I ultimately had to take it to a more experienced jeweler to have the shank replaced. When I brought the issue back after he resized it, he declined to fix it and acknowledged that he is not very comfortable working with platinum . He also did not seem equipped to properly work with platinum. He was only able to remove material during sizing and did not have the capability to add platinum to stabilize or reinforce the band. That's a major concern because platinum requires specific expertise and necessary materials. There was also a communication barrier that made it difficult to discuss fine details or get clear answers to my questions. I didn't feel confident that my concerns were ever fully understood or addressed. On top of that, I later found out I was overcharged for the initial resizing. Another jeweler quoted me significantly less (about $65 cheaper) for the same work, and with much better results. I believe he means well and may be fine for VERY basic repairs, particularly on gold jewelry, but I regret trusting him with something as important as my engagement ring.

He has been constantly surprising me with his imagination and workmanship. The staff is so friendly, professional, and personable. They remember their return customers like family and make their new customers feel warmly welcomed. There are cool gadgets, home wares, equipment, and other pawn shop items there to peruse and enjoy a good discount on necessities and novelties.
