If they apply a treatment wrong, prepare to be blocked from their networks and not respond to their mistakes

The employee, not sure of name and I've never seen her before this, was opening the blinds and I walked in and said hi good morning, followed up a nice eye roll and a why are you here attitude. She then went to the computer to check me in. I asked fo a towel and went to my room. As I was leaving and walking past the desk I put the towel in the bin and looked her way to see if demeanor had changed, another no, it hadn't. She glared at me as I left with no have a great day, thanks for coming in, or we'll see you next time. Extremely rude customer service skills.
