Also he is good for conversation of any kind really. I got the 3 cryotherapy sessions for a solid price and have used two of them thus far. Really appreciate the cleanliness and spacious units of this establishment. You have actually privacy for all your needs. They offer lots of packages - and different recovery, tanning, and relaxation components. The cryotherapy last 3 minutes but feels like an hour. Temperature is -200 just about and it's worth it. I had the highest tier which gave me all the machines as many times as I wanted to go. I was a member for over a year! It used to be that you had to email Corporate if you wanted to cancel but while in the salon on Grand Canyon and Flamingo, the young girl behind the counter told me that you can cancel in store now. GREAT! So, I proceed with canceling and should be done! I continue receiving notifications that body heat is wanting to charge my card. This went on for months but I figured "Well I'm cancelled " so I ignored. My bill racked up so I went in to the salon and paid the balance (even though I hadn't used the services). Emails continued to come that they were trying to charge my card! Now I'm FURIOUS!!!! I called Corporate and they said they had NO paperwork on my cancellation!!! The girl NEVER asked me to sign the appropriate document for cancellation and Corporate refuses to help. Not only that, but the manager of the salon, Trinity, said there is NOTHING she can do to help but she will talk to the girl that took my last payment and cancellation word! That is NOT ok! This business is NOT on the side of the customer and I would advise finding a tanning salon that is NOT Body Heat! Just a word of caution but thought you should know. I own a business and if my employees make a mistake, it is on me to make it right for the customer as they come first! Lilly told me she could not refund me the money because I did not cancel my membership. I feel like I just got scammed out of $64.77. You're greeted with your choice of beverage. I did the $85 custom spray tan and wow!!! They give you your own locker room. There is a locker whether you put your belongings and take the key with you. There is also a heated robe and sandals there waiting for you to put on before you go get your tan. The studio also provides hair ties and disposable underwear if you choose. You then go to the waiting room where your spa attend comes to grab you. The facial cleanse and the hand and foot massage with the barrier cream are top notch. When I walked in another customer was complaining that the beds wouldn't turn on, that process had me wait for a while. The front desk girl was kind but the process couldn't have been any slower. She was using terminology that didn't make sense to me such as "you would be best having a Malibu tan setting". There's no charts or examples of the levels so I just bad to trust what she was saying. They need name, DOB, address, etc which I don't think is necessary if I'm just doing a quick spray tan, I don't know why they need all my demographics. I had a Groupon and for some reason the computer wanted to charge me five more dollars and the cashier didn't know why, but still asked if I wanted to pay the five extra dollars even though I already paid previously online, that was a little odd. I declined paying more than my Groupon purchase. When i finally walked to the very back where the spray tan machine is, I got fully ready for my spray tan in the machine wouldn't turn on. I had to wipe all the lotion off, get dressed, go out. Find the girl and have her figure out why the machine wasn't turning on. She figured it out in the computer system and it finally worked. When I got out, I noticed the bottom of my feet were extremely dark. It seems like they don't clean the very bottom of the machine so there's already spray tan sitting there so when you're standing there, your skin just soaks up all the color and stains it dark. That was a little disappointing. The tan didn't last more than two days. Not sure if I would return.

Now I've spray tan multiple times before....in fact, I've used Versa Spa and Versa Spa Pro machines many times. I opted for clear dark in the Pro machine. I didn't shower for the rest of the day so the color can develop at its maximum. So tell me why the next day, one side of my body is completely pale while the other side is tan??!!! These idiots have no clue how to maintain the spray tan machine. One of the nozzles was probably clogged. See photo attached. At least it was free but what a bunch of crooks. They might even mess up the nozzle on purpose since it was free tan weekend. Like I said, do yourself a favor and spray elsewhere. You wouldn't wanna risk getting a spray tan here for a special event only to come out two different colors. I will continue to keep my membership at Palm Beach Tan.

From the traditional tanning beds to red light therapy and spray tan booths--you'll likely walk away disappointed. Let's start with the spray tan booths: They desperately need to be replaced. One booth blasts heavy bursts of solution instead of delivering the fine, even mist you'd expect (and can get at other locations). I still have dark patches on my arms from a spray tan I got Tuesday. The other booth? The heater doesn't work, which is key to helping the solution absorb into your skin properly for a smooth, dry finish. The tanning beds aren't much better: The internal cooling systems are broken. Instead of fixing them, they've placed a cheap $20 box fan at the end of the bed--completely ineffective and not worth the price of admission. What's most frustrating? They charge an annual service fee to ensure all equipment is maintained--but clearly, it's not. So what exactly are we paying for? On the bright side... If you want a fantastic experience, head to these locations instead: Tan Republic on Tropicana This location has the best equipment in the industry--truly top-tier! * A wide variety of beds * An amazing red light stand-up booth with vibrating foot pads (you'll want to come back daily!) * And their 5-hour, quick-dry spray tan booth is easily the best in the Vegas valley Tan Republic on Silverado Ranch This location is consistently excellent!
