Lilly told me she could not refund me the money because I did not cancel my membership. I feel like I just got scammed out of $64.77. Honestly this is soo ridiculous. 5 sessions ended up costing $135! BEWARE. Are they that hard up for money? It's not like I was trying to pull one over on them. Refund my money!

You're greeted with your choice of beverage. I did the $85 custom spray tan and wow!!! They give you your own locker room. There is a locker whether you put your belongings and take the key with you. There is also a heated robe and sandals there waiting for you to put on before you go get your tan. The studio also provides hair ties and disposable underwear if you choose. You then go to the waiting room where your spa attend comes to grab you. The facial cleanse and the hand and foot massage with the barrier cream are top notch. I've never had that done at any other tanning place ever. I loved the facial cleanse. I will be booking more tans for sure! I also want to try the full facial appointments too.

After getting into my warm robe we went into another room. The lady in there wiped our faces/hands/feet while giving us a massage. Then on to the spray tan. The lady who does the spray tans asks what color you are trying to achieve then custom mixes it for you. I said dark because it does fad but not Jersey dark . I am very happy with the results. She took the time to fully explain how each and everyone worked based on my tanning goals, she also gave me a tour of the store, showing me each bed and when I finally chose, she explained in full detail how to work it. Tanning has definitely come a long way and these beds sure are pretty different from the 90's! Also, I have to add that this is the absolute cleanest location I have EVER visited! I wish that all of your stores were employed by such amazing young ladies that are full of personality, knowledge and know what true customer service means. When I walked in another customer was complaining that the beds wouldn't turn on, that process had me wait for a while. The front desk girl was kind but the process couldn't have been any slower. She was using terminology that didn't make sense to me such as "you would be best having a Malibu tan setting". There's no charts or examples of the levels so I just bad to trust what she was saying. They need name, DOB, address, etc which I don't think is necessary if I'm just doing a quick spray tan, I don't know why they need all my demographics. I had a Groupon and for some reason the computer wanted to charge me five more dollars and the cashier didn't know why, but still asked if I wanted to pay the five extra dollars even though I already paid previously online, that was a little odd. I declined paying more than my Groupon purchase. When i finally walked to the very back where the spray tan machine is, I got fully ready for my spray tan in the machine wouldn't turn on. I had to wipe all the lotion off, get dressed, go out. Find the girl and have her figure out why the machine wasn't turning on. She figured it out in the computer system and it finally worked. When I got out, I noticed the bottom of my feet were extremely dark. It seems like they don't clean the very bottom of the machine so there's already spray tan sitting there so when you're standing there, your skin just soaks up all the color and stains it dark. That was a little disappointing. The tan didn't last more than two days. Not sure if I would return.
