This experience is truly unlike any other experience. You feel full on pampered every time you come here. They have robes that you get to use, you get a facial to relax in these amazing massage chairs and then the spray tan experience itself has always been so enjoyable for me. Recently, I emailed them to cancel my membership because the credits keep stacking and I'm pregnant now and not able to use them. When I emailed them, they offered me the most amazing thing. They let me freeze my membership indefinitely, meaning when I'm ready to come back after my son is born, I'll be able to come back and use my credits. SOOO nice!!! I couldn't believe it. I had to pay $75 to unlock My membership, had surgery, couldn't tan. For My bill of $98 to be taken out just the next week. Brandy made it clear she doesn't care I'm confused. She made a note on My account that I was helped once and couldn't not receive help again. I once again had to pause My account, I missed ONE payment of $15 and brandy terminated My account. My almost decade old account. I only kept it because I could bring a plus one. So when I should up to pay to unlock My account, they took My $55 to unlock and THEN showed My account was terminated. To which then I had to sign up again. Losing perks I had such as bringing a plus one for the last 8 1/2 years. So I had to pay over $150 to get a new account all because Brandy is genuinely a hateful human being. Michelle was the only other reason I ever stayed. Now that she's gone this location will continue to be trash alike the others. Save Your money, get a gym membership with tanning beds. These people are literally robbing You. And Brandy, when I told You I was financially suffering from the loss of My Mom and You said "I don't care" I hope You are met with the same words when You suffer loss too.
