Our Jeep was in bad shape, the front axles were broken. The first tow company AAA sent out clearly had no idea what to do. The driver was on the phone with someone trying to guide him through loading the Jeep, and he even started bending the quarter panel before I told him to stop. Then Eli with Forever Towing arrived, and the difference was night and day. I was put into touch with Forever Towing after a roadside emergency left me stranded off the 99 North. Once I got off the phone with Triple A, the owner of Forever Towing got on the line and told me to hang tight he'd be there soon. He got there in 5minutes of me being off the phone with AAA and got my car right to a spot in my apartment complex that I thought might be inaccessible but not for him. I want to say his name was Isaiah or Alex or something like that, but I know the guy who picked me up quickly, safely, and carried a polite conversation said he was the owner of this company, and my hat is off to him because he is running things right! read more

The employee who came to my towing request through my insurance had poor customer service. When we initially met next to my car, he blew his cigarette smoke directly towards my face as we were discussing the issue of my car. Long story short, he was unable to do the job of towing my vehicle and left within 15-20min of arriving because his manager (or whomever he called) didn't want to "do all of that." (Mind you, the previous towing company and the current towing company requested through my insurance DID, in fact, "do all of that.") Thus, the quality of their services is poor, and did not go above and beyond for their customer. There are better towing companies out there in Sacramento County. read more

Forever Towing went above and beyond to help me! My Ford Expedition woule not not start to allow me to put it into neutral. The owner (or staff person, maybe Ian), spent time on the phone with me and You Tube trying to figure it out how to get my car into neutral, so it could be pulled out of my garage and towed.. The instructions I was given to get the car into neutral weren't working as they should and he was persistent and finally got my car out and safely towed to the dealership. Worse towing company ever seen. The driver charged me as soon as I get into car and hold me key, he scared, I will run away, they don't trust people. They didn't tell me and no agreement how much they are going to charge per mile. At the end they asked for $314 only for 25 miles tow. You guys judged, is it fair or not? According to California law, all towing companies must give a written agreement how much they charge per mile , not surprised customers. If you see this towing company sent from AAA reject their service otherwise you will get surprised unless you have free towing and they can't charge you. Be aware and ask up front even they try to hide. read more

I stopped in Galt because my battery light came on in my 2006 Honda Element. AAA sent me Ian from Forever Towing and it was by far the best interaction I've ever had with a tow truck company. Once figuring out that it was most likely an alternator issue, Ian immediately went to work on helping me figure out some options. Friday night around 5 pm is a terrible time to figure out car trouble, I was doomed to be stuck on my way to Oregon for the weekend until mechanic shops opened on Monday. As a queer woman traveling with my wife in an unfamiliar area, this was especially stressful. My knight in shining armor hooked me up with a retired friend mechanic, found the part, and got me back on the road by Saturday morning. He only asked that I let him know when I was safely home on Saturday night. Ian, if you are reading this, I can't thank you enough for your kindness and reassurance. I have nothing but great things to say about Forever Towing of Sacramento, CA. Ian, the driver (and I think he's also the owner) came out to tow my car early yesterday evening, which was a Friday. He contracts with AAA and was the only tow truck company available to respond to our call to AAA, even though he was in Galt and my car was on an isolated stretch of a rural road in Amador County, over an hour away. We had a front tire blow out and the car was not driveable. Ian was extremely professional and courteous the whole time, from the time he arrived to the time he delivered my car to my mechanic's garage in Sutter Creek. I hope Ian considers opening a franchise of his business in Amador County. We desperately need a good, local tow truck company like Forever Towing to locate here. In the process of picking up my son's truck, the tow truck driver damaged my son's truck. The owner "Ian" told us, "don't worry I'll take care of it". Now he won't take our calls and won't give us his insurance info. A tow company is responsible for any damage they do, but Forever tow doesn't follow the rules. We have gotten 2 repair estimates so far, one at approx. $1,600 and the other at appox. $2,700. AAA was called to the tow yard and drove it to the mechanics for the damage Forever Tow caused underneath the truck. That was just so he could drive it. A rep from the tow comp called due to a request from AAA. The gentleman was rude and cursed me out for not answering questions that was given to AAA. He used profanity and hung up on me. We he originally called he was holding another conversation on the background. So unprofessional, some people should not work in a field of customer care or should not be business owners. Fantastic Job! Our car has a low front end and chrome wire wheels. Forever Towing used special hooks on a strap attached to the pulley to pull our car up onto the slide back tow truck. Then took time to use cloth straps over the tires to strap the car down to the truck. They were fast and careful, we are very happy with the driver Ian's work. read more
