I went in for a pedicure and was assigned a worker. Prior to her starting the work I asked specifically if she was able to recreate the design I was looking for. Once she advised yes I agreed to allow her do her thing. I regret this so much I should have just went home. She excessively filed and drilled three times trying to redo the horrible gel polishing and design. After the 3rd time I opted to not continue as she was thinning my natural nail, she broke my big toe nail and I worked hard for that perfect square. I had polish on my skin spilling out onto my cuticle, missing polish on the nail bed, she was unable to do design, the gel polish bubbled up after UV light. I left with 6 toes having top coat and the others undone. ​ When I expressed my concerns with the male owner he agreed the work was poor but when I had to pay they required me to still pay for services not rendered. I will never come back to the salon just solely on how they handle customer service and expectations to pay for poor quality work. I refused to pay full price of service and am warning to beware of expressing dissatisfaction because they do not care to resolve any issues. I only digressed because I wasted almost two hours for a simple pedicure and left without one.
