After continued attempts to get a hold of Angela via phone and emails, I finally tried TEXTING Angela in November. I was happy to see a text response from her! but then baffled when I read her message. I've attempted to post screenshots of the text exchange but it appears only a portion is posting. In summary, Angela stated she felt she was harassed by me and would not respond to my bullying tactics. Again, I was dumbfounded. Ultimately, she refused to return our $100 deposit and went silent on us again. In hindsight, I should have noticed that most of the Yelp reviews are over a year old. I don't see any recent reviews which should have been a red flag. I hope Angela is able to improve her operations and customer experience as she is clearly talented at taking beautiful photos.

I walked in, sat for the photo, and within 15 minutes I had my two passport photos. The cost is low here, about $15 for both passport photos. This is a family owned business, and the workers here are friendly. They are located on a large shopping plaza. Parking is sometimes hard to come by if you come here on a busy day, and other times its a breeze. Their work is great, my passport photos always come out looking well. The quick turnaround times and decent pricing make this an excellent option for photos. I wish the DMV would learn from them.
