All of the shop employees were very nice and professional. The overall energy of the shop is so pleasant and comfortable. Completely disappointing from the start. It only got worse from there. We reached out multiple times on Instagram to have the work fixed and were either ignored or left on read. When they did respond, it was always some excuse about why they hadn't gotten back to us. At one point, we were told to come in as a walk-in to fix the tattoos. We showed up as instructed, only to be turned away because the artist who did our tattoos wasn't there. Total waste of time. Later, they messaged asking for my phone number, saying "Evan" would contact me. He finally reached out almost three days later, but when I tried to actually schedule an appointment, I was ignored again. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service is honestly shocking. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo here, don't. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Would not recommend to anyone.

When we were paying and getting ready to leave he let us know he also did tattoos and to hit him up if we ever wanted some work done. So a bit of time goes by and I hit him up for two small tattoos. There was a lack of professionalism with making an appointment but we made it work. I showed up for our agreed upon time and we briefly went over what I wanted. He printed out things before confirming with me and then seemed annoyed when I wanted something in a different place. For example I got a date on my finger in and wanted dots to mark between the letters....he had them off centered so of course I wanted them centered. He just seemed like he could care less, wanted to bust it out and get paid and get me out the door. I let him know this was my first time getting tattooed. He didn't provide me with any aftercare instructions or anything besides letting me know if I needed a touch up to let him know. Okay cool. So tattoos got done. I left....we're in the healing process and shit isn't healing right. The ones on my neck hardly held any of the ink and I messaged him about that as soon as I started noticing and asked how long I'd need to wait to have it retouched, AGAIN THIS IS MY FIRST TATTOO....his response was literally "let it heal". One message three words.....ok cool. Over a month goes by and I again reach out asking about a touch up. He responds and says "up to you"..... He's very obvious lack of care for the shit work he did pissed me off. So I told him that and of course his tone changed and he was suddenly capable of sending messages with more than 3 words. "I have a lot of messages I didn't see yours" yet you saw then enough to give your bullshit I could care less 3 would replies.....interesting. Once I told him off he of course was saying to come in and he will fix it. You really think I want to let you touch me again when you already fucked up on the work I let you do? Hell no! Overall huge let down and super lame first tattoo experience. I really liked the work I saw on his page and am shocked my tattoos look like shit from him. But what really fucked it off for me was his attitude. Treat your customers better, especially if you want to keep them. Overall the shop seems cool, I can't speak for the other artists there. Wish I had a better experience.

After searching and searching I found this amazing Artist in Instagram mcballer I sent him a message and after an hour he responded back to me and answered all my questions, concerns and pricing he even told me that the piece that my son wanted was nice but he could do better which amazingly he did. He did a great job when I mean great is great work. We loved it. He also told me he was booked until February 2024 and that he was able to schedule an appoitment with a small security deposit. so we booked. honestly we recommend him 100% and recommend his work also. He is very straight forward and my son loved that he was also given him more ideas on the tattoo he wanted to get. Be prepare to be there all day because he takes his time and when he works on you is only with you. After the tattoo was done he sanitized it and then took pictures and a video. Then, he put second skin over it and gave me aftercare instructions and balm. I don't know how I was so lucky to come across his instagram but I am glad I did. My son is extremely happy with his tattoo and the details. Highly recommend.

With this being my first tattoo i was nervous coming into my appointment, but mc baller quickly let me know what was gonna go down and what to expect. Of course the work was 10/10, but I'd go back just for the Vibe at La familia tattoo studio. If you're looking to get any sort of work done (big or small) i highly recommend Mc baller. Attached are photos of my chest piece which he was able to knock out in 1 session!! (Which i think is Unheard of)
