Was referred to Angel by a friend and he made the experience so relaxing and chill! Advised me to bring snacks before hand in case I get hungry and offered me as many breaks as I needed. Even gave me some pizza that he ordered for his coworkers. Angel was very open to any suggestions I was willing to make and was extremely flexible with scheduling and keeping me updated when coming up with the design. Have had 2 sessions with him so far and I'm stoked for the third session to finish up my piece! The shops itself has a very artistic feel and there's always something new to look at while I'm there. For some reason they let the piercing apprentice, Britt, be there alone. Waste of $40. I came in for an earlobe piercing downsize, called before to make sure they had the right jewelry, they said they did, got there and they didn't. Since I was already there, I asked if the bar on my industrial looked too short, she said it was too short. Instead of going one size up, she insisted on going two sizes up, even though I kept saying it looked too long. They only carry externally threaded bars. After the new bar got caught multiple times, I went to a APP piercer and he said it was way too long and commented that externally threaded jewelry traumatizes piercings. So I wasted $40 on a bar that is too long and causes micro tears when you put it in or take it out. Britt is a nice person, and she tried. She just isn't knowledgeable enough to be there alone. read more

I can count a handful of very stressful situations with one hand, and I'd have to say, this made it to my top 5. I called in asking if it was possible to come in for earring installations. I had some pieces on my ears removed temporarily for an MRI and needed help putting them back in. They were threadless pieces - hidden helix, tragus, and a flat. If you weren't sure how to do it or weren't quite confident, I'd rather the honesty than a bloodbath and painful mangling trying to get them on. The worst part, didn't even stay on and now I'm fighting an infection because my ear holes are swollen and bruised beyond belief. read more

My sister got a piercing with Brittney and she didn't properly screw it so it fell out that same day. Since it was a Saturday night the shop is closed for 2 days after that so it would close before anything could be done. $55 wasted because the piercer can't screw jewelry in right and also the bar was wayyyy too short. Save your money and don't cheat on your piercer. She says she doesn't know how that could have happened but I know she just can't do her job right. read more

I called in and asked if I could do a walk-in for a septum piercing, and they took me in immediately. The shop is beautiful and clean, the people are super nice and funny, and I enjoyed being there. Brit was my piercer and I have to say, I'm super happy with the whole procedure. She made sure everything was cleaned properly and found the "sweet spot" in my nose to do the piercing... it was perfectly placed and the jewelry was a great fit. She asked me how I wanted it to look and absolutely rocked it! I'm really happy with how it looks, it wasn't painful at all since she got the right spot, and overall she was very kind. I will 100% be going back for some tattoos and/or piercings in the future. Thank you all for the wonderful experience! For reference, I believe I paid around $50-$60 for quality work and the jewelry never gave me any issues. If you want to get a piercing STAY AWAY! I originally went in July of 2023 to get my nipples pierced by Stacy only to have my appointment canceled and when I asked if there was anyway to get pierced by someone else it took hours for her to respond just for her to finally tell me that yes there was someone else named Brittany and I could go in whenever no big deal I finally was pierced but I noticed some thing right off the bat such as her using curved barbells instead of straight ones and that after I got home I realized that one was very noticeably crooked and shallow and come to find out the girl who had pierced me had been an apprentice charging full price which was never mentioned to me prior I was able to find a more experienced piercer recently and had him look at them just to make sure everything was okay and he described it as one of the biggest mistakes he's seen for nipple piercings mainly talking about the shallow crooked one and that I needed to definitely take them out and if I wanted to re-pierce them I could but they definitely needed to come out and that he was shocked that it didn't rip out accidentally now I'm facing the fact that I need to go and re-experience one of the most painful piercings I've gotten and pay $100+ to get them again. Wade Titus ruined my body. He gave me the ugliest tattoo, it was so bad that he took pictures of it off social media. It was a cover up of a smaller tattoo. He even insulted my family and told me that they need to get glasses when they commented on some of the tattoo not making sense because of how sloppy it was done. I always cover it up with clothing or wraps because I'm so embarrassed over the mess on my body. There are incomplete lines, lines that are WAY to thick and then squiggle out thin. Color missing in some parts. It looks like my body was hit with a bat on wet paint. Ontop of the sloppy tattoo he was rude and my family was insulted. Ive never had such a negative tattoo experience and after it being healed a couple years and still ugly I decided to post on yelp about it, especially due to his insults towards my family and my negative experience with him. I've gotten second opinions from other shops locally and they're all shocked at the terrible work and have even offered me discounts to help "fix it". The dude and his staff were trash talking customers in the shop while I was being tattooed and it was just an awful experience all around. If you want to get a piercing here make sure you don't get Brittany. While her service is alright and she is an apprentice her piercing skills are subpar. She is not able to do simple lobe piercings evenly. Again she is an apprentice but lobe piercings are extremely simple, Claire's can do more even piercings than her for much less. On top of the uneven piercings she (or the business) wants to charge $45 to get them redone... that is outrageous for a mistake that she caused. Thanks but no thanks, Brittany. read more

I went in and talked to Wade I was hooked up with one of their artists Philipo and the guy was a butcher. blown out lines, smudging so severe that you can see the blue ink has spread more than half an inch away from some of the lines. his line work was uneven I never bled so much on the tattoos he gave me and they look like they're already 30 years old. Maybe they were great once, but it looks that now they'll use anyone to fill a station to make a buck. Very sad because Wade is clearly a great talent himself. read more

Yesterday I got my first tattoo, It was a memorial piece for my brother that passed away at the beginning of the year. Wade was my artist and he did an incredible job. I am so happy with it. Wade really took an idea of what I wanted and made it into something I could of never imagined. He really wants what is best for you and is great at explaining things and making sure you are doing okay through the whole process. I called about getting a piercing today and the man on the phone told me to just walk in and I could get more info from the piercer since He was unable to tell me a price. I show up and get turned away because the piercer decided to start a large tattoo early so he didn't have to stay too long. Super inconsiderate, selfish and now I'm disgusted by this place. So sad because I sent so many people to them based off one good experience with one guy two years ago, seriously don't see myself going back due to their lack of compassion and consideration for other people. They treat eachother like family and I was very happy I came here. All of these men do amazing work. By the end of my life time I'd love to get atleast one done by each artist but for now I have Pops and Wade. Pops is a wonderful friendly soul who did a bull on my leg and I always get compliments on it. He is out going and made me feel just fine about getting a tough tattoo. I've been debating on whether or not to post but you know what it's a week later and I'm still upset so I'm gonna do it! Went in last Friday to their Friday the 13th event and got there about half an hour before the shop opened. There was a hardly a line which I thought was great! I signed up to get tattooed by Eddie and I was the first person on his sign up sheet! It was supposed to be first come first serve so by that logic, I should have been the first person to be tattooed by him. I was not. He tattooed another person before me due to the fact that the front desk person put her consent form on top even though she had barely gotten there! Fine that was his fuck up. I let it go and I patiently kept waiting. Mind you at this point I've already been waiting 2 hours. Eddie started later than everyone else. A lot of people who got there before and after me had already been tattooed. Then once this person is done getting tattooed, I think finally my turn but no once again he passed me. His excuse was he had that persons design pulled up and ready to go so he decided to tattoo her next. At that point I had been waiting more than 3 hours and I couldn't wait another hour plus for someone else to get tattooed and then get tattooed myself. I left that day with no tattoo and completely disappointed in their attitudes towards me. After the way I was treated and dismissed, I would never go back to the shop. I'd already been tattooed by Eddie in the past but I guess I made a horrible mistake to choose him as my artist that day. Not sure why every other artist could stick with their "first come first serve" policy but he didn't read more

great place for a first tattoo! I got mine done by Oscar and he was awes all the way through. I never felt rushed once when we were drawing the outline before getting started and kept checking to make sure I would be okay. I made it the full 6 hours but before we started he told me if I couldn't take it we would only do the outline so I never felt pressured to continue. The staff was super chill. I can't voucher for the other artists but I'd recommend Oscar if you're looking for a quality tattoo with an artist who is calm and takes his time to ensure you get the best out of your tattoo. read more

I receive a cartilage piecing from this place. I was charged 50 dollars because I was told that the earring was solid gold. I have had this earring in my ear over a year been having infections, swelling constantly most of the time. I decided to finally take the earring out and replace it which is several different colors and after just one day my ear feels better because I put real gold in it.
