Burgers were over salted and the workers were underwhelming. This premise is good. The execution is just not where it needs to be.

This is the WORST burger and fries intown. HORRIBLE. Made wrong, brown oldlettuce. The patty was so dry and old. Tasted like dry school meat. The fries were hot but dark brown and soggy like they were made inold grease. the patty was2 times smaller than the bun. If you form your own patties you should make the burger the size of the bun. I'm sad to say that today I had my last cheat meal. I went to Simply Good Burgers and had the best darn burger I have had in a long time. I requested The Grown Man. I added bacon, jack cheese, and jalapeños to it. In less than 10 minutes it was walked to my car. The attendant blessed me with a frozen drink. It wasn't overloaded with sugar but it made the ride and wait worth it because that wasn't a part of the deal I was expecting at all. It was very refreshing. The burger was made to order. It was so big I had to eat half of it a hour later . It wasn't messy and the bread was not saturated with sauce in a way that I couldn't enjoy it. The fries were fresh and seasoned. Simply a delicious burger, this time I got the "it's a game" burger. It was very mild with a light kick. I find the burgers wells seasoned and tasty. The fries were a bit stale, but I'm sure on a weekday when it's not as busy, the fries won't be fresh out the fryer with each order. I'm giving 3 stars because we ordered and paid for the mac daddy burger, but when we opened it there was not mac and cheese on the burger. The wait time was ridiculous, it was a wait time of 30 mins when there was only 4 people there. Also when I got the burger it was burnt and cold the only thing that was warm was the bun. The burgers were fine but wrong. I ordered a boss hog low carb; burger no bun. The burger is described as loads of bacon and special bacon ranch sauce. My burger came with a bun, no bacon, and no sauce. I took the bun off and ate the burger because I was hungry but it wasn't amazing. My husband got the king burger also low carb. It is described as a big burger (3 patties) with two kinds of cheese. It also came on a bun with one kind of cheese. Now some people don't understand low carb so we are very clear to ask for no bun and we waited for 20 minutes for our wrong burgers. My burger was good, my favorite part was the bun. My meal was a $10 not including taxes or my up charge for my lemonade. But normally after a burger and fries I'd be full but I was still hungry, the fries are basically a size small. I was expecting to get a size fry bigger than the ones that came with my children's kids meals, but same size for everyone. I guess I'll be sure to order an extra side of fries. i'm so upset i forgot to take pictures but the burgers looked just like the photo and were delicious. it was such a hot day yesterday so i got the strawberry lemonade slushee and it was perfect . simply flavorful and had a wonderful cooling aspect. i also tried the loaded fries and they were yummy . the man who took our order also made our food and he was such a lovely man. i felt so terrible for him though because he came out of the food truck so hot i couldn't imagine what he was going through to get us our burgers. but overall great experience where the food truck is parked they also have an indoor area to sit which was great. read more
