We are no closer to having anything resolved. Never sent an itemized invoice or receipt for payments, even though we requested multiple times. She has hung up on us, told us to ignore paperwork from the court but would not explain what it was. Dragged her feet. Would yell at us when we asked for something to be explained. Or would demand we send her more money when we asked a question. Now will not give us our file, even after asking to send a fedex label, which we did. Now she is saying she is emailed the records, yet we haven't received anything. I can't warn anyone enough to stay away. If just to avoid the abuse and unpleasantness. Although she has gotten us no where with our issue either!

Barry was extremely rude and defensive the moment I started speaking with him. He refused to answer even general questions about the estate so I could have a proper understanding of what to expect. He became extremely confrontational, condescending and began to raise his voice. It resulted in me being forced to end the unproductive conversation. He is unprofessional and I would think twice about contacting this attorney for any sort of comprehensive legal advice if he can't even be professional and explain the estate process to someone who just lost a loved one.
