Great workout | Great facility and instructor, Jenny…read more (Review written by a mom with 2 kids and currently 2months postpartum) Wow, I am impressed with this place. I've never owned a gym membership nor tried out a workout class before until now. I will admit that I'm an avid rock climber (moreso into bouldering the last 7 years since starting a family), but I've always been intimidated by typical gym classes. I'm so glad I checked this place out because I don't feel scared or intimidated here. My friends joined one in their area and have said positive things about it, so I decided to try out their free class. Before signing up for the free class, I dropped by to ask some questions and check out the facility in-person. I was very impressed with how organized they are and the machines/stations are all updated and well-equipped. I really liked the vibe immediately. And the front desk folks, Randy & Jenny, were super helpful and friendly. I went home to download the app and signed up for my first class. I arrived half an hour before the class and saw that my name was on a sign welcoming me to the gym - neat! The front desk person was also very friendly and helped set me up with a heart rate monitor. I really like having this while I work out so I can track my progress and see where I'm at in my workout. Jenny greeted me shortly after and showed me the facility and walked me through the process of the session, showing me how each station works. There is a lot of information, but I definitely just learned as a I went in the class. I really liked that Jenny asked what my goals were and if I had any existing injuries beforehand. I enjoyed my 1hr class 2G group. I started out rowing then moved to weights and ended on the treadmill. Gosh, cardio is not my thing, but I really liked moving from station to station so it didn't feel like I was trudging through the whole hour. I liked that Jenny explained what we were doing next, showed us how to do the exercise and then made modifications for me. I was unable to hit the orange and red zones during my workout, but I was happy (and very tired) with my stats. I burned about 435 calories with my highest heart rate at 155. I pushed myself safely and felt like I made the most out of my 1hr. I plan on buying a class pack of 10 instead of a membership because I'm unsure what my schedule is like each week. I won't be able to come in consistently, but I'd like to make it a goal to get 2 days of the week in. I also plan to alternate these work outs with bouldering, that's why. This facility has lockers, a shower (with shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer), and a bathroom (with deodorant and other amenities). Location is great! It's right across from a Dutch Bros with enough parking.

2/5. Staff COMPLETELY MISLEAD me…read more I lived in Wilsonville, OR for an extended period of time for work (~4 months). I was told I could use my purchased classes back home in Washington. Turns out I'm a "level 3" (whatever that means) and ALL the ones in Washington are "level 5". I can't attend ANY Orangetheory class w/o paying an additional fee of classes I ALREADY BROUGHT. I have (8) classes remaining. If I wasn't lied to, I wouldn't have purchased. Instructors were good. EDIT: Dropped to 1/5. Customer service was not helpful at all. Said the "only way to determine if a surcharge applies to the studio is if a surcharge prompt appears during the booking process". So you'll only know if you'll be hit w/ an additional charge if you book through the app? Crazy that how the business is run. Very misleading, sneaky, and honestly feels like a money grab.

Where do I begin to write a review for a place, no... a community, of people that has so…read moredrastically changed my life? I have worked with Bret and Megan for the past four years. They, and their community that they have built, have shaped my life more than just what you would expect from a standard gym. Imagine a 22 year old guy so out of shape from living a sedentary life that he gets winded from just climbing a flight of stairs, experiences pain when trying to run more than a handful of minutes, and thought a chin-up would be forever associated with embarrassing stories from PE class in high school. I was this person, and I am so glad that my life circumstances led me to them. After working consistently with Bret and Megan since 2015, I've transformed myself from that "fat kid from 4 years ago" to now being able to run 5K's at a decent pace, doing exercises that I would ever be able to do (Handstand push-ups, to name the one that I'm most proud of ), and yes, being able to conquer the chin-up was a special redeeming point for me too. But this isn't just a gym. This is a community. Yes, we work on people's physical capabilities, but it's so much more. Bret and Megan have helped me become a better person mentally as well. They've helped teach me many life lessons that I'll cherish forever. I've seen people come and go, I've seen some other people transform and get so much stronger and mobile than when I first met them. This gym isn't just for the younger people / generation. I've seen people of all age brackets improve! They have surrounded themselves with amazing clients, whom I've forged friendships that I hope will last outside the gym. If any of this resonated with you, please check them out. Their philosophy is to meet you where you're at and to help create a program that will work for you. Consistency and dedication is all that they ask of their clients, and believe me, you don't have to be perfect. But if you come, and you put your work in, your life will change for the better.

I've been coming to Club Pilates on and off for about 2 years and while the instructors and classes…read morethemselves have been great, the way memberships and cancellations are handled has made my overall experience very negative. The first time I canceled my membership which was about a year ago, I didn't have any issues. The second time in March, has been incredibly frustrating. I was told I was too late to cancel for April because they require a 30 day notice. Even though I had already paid for unlimited monthly access for March, I was still charged again for April. What made things worse was how difficult it was to get in contact with anyone. In March I called multiple times a day for several days with no response and eventually had to physically go into the studio just to get confirmation that I would not continue being charged after April. Not to mention, the person at the front desk got into a defensive tone with me when I explained my situation. She repeated that they have a 30 day notice for cancelations which by then, I was well aware of and I was only there in person because I was getting no response to my emails or phone calls. I didn't even receive an email confirmation until April 14th, after I had already been charged. Now it's mid May, and I was charged yet again last week around midnight. I called and luckily someone answered this time and told me I would receive a refund. I still have not received it. Since then, I've called several more times and once again have gotten no answer. This level of communication and billing management is unacceptable, especially for a membership based business. I should not have to repeatedly chase down staff just to stop incorrect charges and get basic confirmation about my account. One last thing about my overall experience is that I discovered that the unlimited monthly classes is not technically unlimited. They max out at 15 per month and you have to wait until you finish a class to book another appointment. At a $260 monthly fee, this seemed a bit odd to enforce when it's already extremely difficult to book a class because they fill up really quickly and tend to have shorter studio hours on certain days.
