The first time was with my 1992 black Acura.The window stopped working so I figured i was needing a new motor.Nope.Sabi repaired a broken wire for a minimal service charge.Off to a great Start. Then the starter problem. I had replaced a starter myself from a rebuilt shop and it was defective.Sabi was able to figure this out.Since then I knew i had found my repair shop. His shop has been doing oil changes,starters,,master cylinders,tires,Brakes Alternaters and services on my cars.Always repaired correctly and affordably. Its nice to see a familiar face at a garage shop with someone who knows you and your vehicles anytime you need auto repairs. Sabis shop is very qualified with very honest and reliable mechanics and I would not take my car anywhere else. I have previously worked at a Chevrolet dealership for 5 years.i would distribute service work orders to mechanics (12 of them) so i have seen the inside of the automotive business. Brought my car in at appointment time but they sent me away. "Too busy" right now they said. Came back at new appointment time. This time someone had called in sick and they couldn't fix it. Third time there and the employee working only replaced one of the two required exhaust pipes BUT didn't say anything!!!! The other pipe he just stuffed with muffler putty (?!) He dead eyed told me both parts were installed and charged me for both!!!! Liaaaaaars. I went out to the parking lot, looked under the car, which still sounded like it was leaking exhaust and literally saw muffler putty spurting out. Went back in and called them out on it. Wtf?!?!!? Stone faced lie. The owner then got involved and blah blah blah. Fast talking slick eddy. Ended up fixing it as originally said but charged me double than the quoted price. I was a teenager at the time and didn't push back too hard. You tell me if that's how honest, good business is done? I never went back, told everyone I know my experience and everyone else relayed similar horror stories. They've had a bad rep for decades and the only way their Yelp rating is as high as it is, is insiders pumping up the number. Scammers. 100% Would strongly not recommend.

Canadian Tire - 149$ plus tax, my dealership at Dueck GM terminal ave. - 140$ plus tax, some other local automotive shops (I live in Port Coquitlam) gave you the read for free then wanted to charge you 80$ for diagnostics. Well Deckers ran the code scanner then did diagnostics and realized it was an on board computer glitch (most likely caused when the cars system needs updating) plus a small evap leak. They reset the flashing vsc off, traction and engine light then recommended that I take it more seriously if it happens again. "So what do I owe you?", I asked as I started mental cringing at the thought of forking over a hundred dollars for a less than fifteen minute job that turned out to be a glitching computer...... ready? --- 40$. Nuff said, Deckers now has a customer for life. I immediately tried to book an appointment to change my back breaks with them but the serviceman Mike took a peek with a flashlight and told me the pads were at about 30% so wait 2 more oil changes then come see him..... I explained multiple times that I had an appointment, yet they told me they didn't even have the tires in stock. How does that even happen when you schedule people in advance? The whole place seemed confused and unprepared -- zero communication and zero accountability. I wasted my time coming in for absolutely nothing. To make things worse, when I left an honest review about what happened, they actually yelled at me instead of owning up to their mistake. This business clearly doesn't value their customers or their reputation. I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else where professionalism and basic respect still exist

This individual then said that "Roman," the employee my brother had been in contact with, no longer works there, even though my brother had been communicating with him about the appointment. When my brother decided to leave an honest review about the situation, the person read it, became aggressive, and uttered threats while yelling at him to get out of the shop. Concerned for his safety, my brother immediately left. No customer should ever be treated this way. The level of unprofessionalism and hostility displayed was unacceptable and alarming.

Overall the owner is a very nice guy, polite and professional. However his price is more expensive…read morethan the Mercedes dealer. My car needed a battery change. I assumed a private mechanic shop would be at least 40% cheaper. I never checked with Mercedes. Matthew, the owner of ML Auto, quoted me $590 I accepted the price because i just wanted it to be done. But after i checked with mercedes i realized they would have charged me $580 including battery and service. Since Matthew already had my car, i didn't call back to cancel. But after i got the final bill i saw other fees such as "shop"? Anyways the bill came to $695 including taxes and extra fees. Also you should consider that the battery is also not the same exact battery as the Mercedes, its an equivalent based on what Matthew claimed. I got the break down from both Mercedes and ML Autos. The original battery from Mercedes was $420 by itself, from ML Auto, the equivalent, (which usually should be cheaper) was $480. This simple comparison gives you an idea of how over priced this place is. Also changing battery is only a 20mins to 30 mins task. Which ML Auto charge me $119!!! That is even more expensive than dealership! I did point out his price being higher than Mercedes and honestly i expected him to give me a better price but I'm not the haggling type, and he did not offer any better price. Overall This high priced definitely has cost him a customer unless i was given a much better price, I don't think i would be going back. I rather go to Mercedes if I'm paying about the same price or a bit more and get a shuttle to my home back and forth and get my car washed for free also! In addition, when you want to sell your car its more valuable if your services are done in Mercedes dealership. When you take your car to a local mechanic You want a much better price than Dealer and definitely not to pay more.
